We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Wazaaabi. Nice outside deck, laid back atmosphere. The sushi salads were delicious, very well prepared and fresh. The Wazaaabi roll was excellent as well. Wait staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed meeting and talking with the manager. Thanks for the complimentary Lychee ice cream. We will come again.

I really love Japanese food, especially seafood! Here is the most fresh one that I have ate Chirashi in Cancun. Wanna back again!

After having Wazaaabi for the 3rd time, including a home delivery, I've decided that it is my favorite sushi restaurant in town. The fish is fresh, the atmosphere is very laid back, and the patio is great for people watching and enjoying the breeze.

I recommend the Tokio roll or Gozilla roll. The Gyosa is nice to start. As others have mentioned, sushi in Mexico is often heavier on the cream cheese, but the staff and chefs are very accommodating if you have any special requests or changes. The tempura oreos are worth a try, as well!

Found this place on TripAdvisor and it was not a disappointment! The sushi is excellent with generously cut chunks on the nigiri, the rolls are delicious and although some are plagued with cream cheese, you can ask to have it excluded. If you order the salmon spring roll, be prepared to share as it is a huge portion with plenty of salad.

Service is friendly and efficient and the room/outdoor terrace is wonderful on a breezy day.

Highly recommended.
