This people from from the start are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Most were very genuine. The resort was beautiful and very well looked after. The Asian restaurant was by far the best. The Cafe breakfast was wonderful.
We had a couples massage and it was one of the best.
This is a great resort if you want to really relax and recharge.

We travel to Cancun often. We always stay in top resorts that are all inclusive and adults only. This is our second trip to Secrets in the last few months. We were there for 6 nights. As far as service goes, Secrets is very hard to beat. They really take care of their guests.Our Butlers' Cesar and Ramiro did a great job. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very spacious and very nice. We spend most of our time between the pools and the beach. This is usually the decision maker for us when we choose a resort. The service at the pool is fantastic. Roberto, Norberto, Jaquline and Alejandro really took care of us. The food at Secrets is the best we have had at an all inclusive resort, it is actually as good as anywhere. On previous trips we had eaten at all of the restaurants and they were all very good. We leaned that our very favorite is Blue-water Grill. So on all of our trips, we now just have dinner at Blue- Water. It has an extensive menu and the meals are wonderful. We eat mostly Filet, Salmon or the Braised Rib, all cooked to perfection. The staff here from the Hostess Areli, the Chef, Gaudencio, our waiters Javier,Jorge and Daniel were absolutely fantastic. Miguel the Manager was very sincere about you having a great experience. We rate this resort at the top for the overall experience. This is not a party hotel, it is pretty laid back. There are just a lot of people having a great time. The age groups vary a lot here. You will not be disappointed at Secrets the Vine.

We had lunch and dinner at Sea Salt several times because our waitress Jose went above and beyond, he really spoiled us, always very professional and friendly remembering our names, our favourite drinks and appetizers, very attentive.

Spot on friendly, service, delicious food, beautiful views. Upscale vice. Favorite restaurant was Dragons. Beautiful preferred pool and accommodations. Look up Alvaro, Kristal Martinez and Diego for superb service. This hotel has it all.
We stayed at Secrets the Vine, Cancun for a week in April and it was the best vacation ever. The rooms were phenomenal with a large balcony and ocean view. The refrigerator was fully stocked with drinks and the room was very clean. The room service was excellent and timely. What impressed me most was the staff at Secret the Vine. They are simply amazing. Very polite, friendly and go out of their way to tend to our needs. The entertainment is great with music, games, beach and pool volleyball etc. the food was amazing and each restaurant has five star quality service and food. We loved their Italian restaurant (Nebbiolo) and Asian Restaurant (Dragon). The bars were fully stocked and the bartenders were awesome. Lot of great cocktails and drinks (unlimited as it’s all inclusive). I would recommend this place highly for any couple who wish to have the time of their lives. I’m surely going to come back here. Memorable vacation!!!
I have been to Japan many times and I have never tasted such delicious sushi like I did at the Dragons! The manager Pedro and all of the staff are wonderful! Service is amazing and the food is unbelievable. Gorgeous ambiance, whether you want romance or singles night life. Thank you to all the staff for an exhilarating experience.
