My husband had been wanting to attend the Ritz Carlton Culinary Center's classes during our previous 2 trips to Cancun. This trip when we returned for our wedding we decided it was a must. We attended the Real Mexican cooking class. Our first task was learning Chef Rory's awesome margarita recipe. The margaritas were then shared throughout the class. The ceviche was amazing. I actually thought I didn't like ceviche until I had this. We also made chicken enchiladas and churros. All the food was delicious and Rory is not only a great chef but a great entertainer. The jokes and alcohol are flowing throughout the class. It was a really memorable experience and we decided to join Chef Rory again for the Chef's table later in our stay. Highly recommended - a nice change from going out to a Cancun restaurant (again) for dinner.
