My girlfriend and I went on girls trip and met two other girls doing the same. We rented the sailboat together and had an absolutely amazing time! Luis and Julio were so nice and went above and beyond to take care of us and to customize the trip to our exact wants and needs. They knew the ins and outs of the area and took us to absolutely beautiful locations. In addition to having an amazing time, they were very reasonably priced. If you have the opportunity to book this, don't hesitate! It is totally worth it, and you will have a wonderful experience!

An Absolutely Wonderful day of sailing!!! My husband and I were visiting Cancun for the first time and wanted to go sailing the next day. We contacted Sailing Mare and they were responsive and able to accommodate us. We couldn't have been more pleased with our trip out on the 40 ft. Xanadu with Sailing Mare!! Luis and Julio were excellent hosts and let us direct the trip anywhere we wanted to go. We sailed around the area of Isla Mujeres, did some snorkeling and just had a relaxing day.
Captain Luis was fantastic and did a great job of dodging the storms that were surrounding us. It was great fun watching them navigate the boat to keep us out of the weather.
The marina is about 35 minutes from the Hotel Zone but they agreed to pick us up and return us to the hotel.
This is a trip I would definitely take again next time we're in Cancun!!

My friend and me were celebrating our goodbye party on the boat and it was just great. We had a lot of fun! Luis and Julio were the best. We could decide where we want to go and how long we want to stay there. The music, the drinks, the weather, the ocean....it was like paradise! Thank you Captain for a memory we will never forget!!!!

My husband & I booked our first sailing adventure ever while on vacation in Cancun. Because of the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and the Sailing Mare website clearly displaying their prices, I felt confident that it would be money well spent. It was! Luis & Julio were terrific hosts, very accomodating and our group of 4 felt very relaxed the entire evening sailing. It was the perfect event for our friends' anniversary and the last evening of our trip to Cancun. Cannot say enough good things about Luis & Julio. We recommend Sailing Mare! Mucho Gracias Luis and Julio.

We took the catamaran "Tahiti" out of Cancun to a nearby national underwater park for snorkeling, and then on to Isla Mujeres off the north shore of the Yucatan Peninsula. The boat featured an excellent crew, drinks, plenty of room in both shade and sun, and a tour guide (Carla) fluent in Spanish, English, German, French and Dutch--she was amazing, skipping back and forth between languages with ease.

We had lunch at a beach club on Isla Mujeres--buffet style and very well prepared, and spent a pleasant hour and three-quarters there before going to the main business area--which is an experience not to be missed. Lots of souvenir stores, aggressive but fun proprietors who want to lure you into their shops, and when we were there, there was even a parade down the main street.

Coming back under full sail was great, with spectacular views of the island, and also the city of Cancun. If you've never sailed, you should be aware that a catamaran is a very stable craft, and unlikely to cause seasickness--no one on our trip had any problem with the motion of the boat.
