Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food add up to a spetacular meal in the hotel district in Cancun. A hude variety from fish, salads, pastas and more. Our table of four had lasagne, cesar salad, salmon, and other pasta dishes. All were hot and delectable. The lagoon views and sunset are lovely. Service was steady and nonintrusive to the table conversations.Overall, it was a fabulous dining experience. We travel to Cancun every year and this is one of our favorite dining choices.

The best fish that I have ever eaten. Grouper Veracruzano. Great taste, texture, and steaming hot to the last bite. Plus the view isn't bad.

Savio's Bistro offers an extensive and creative menu with excellent service. The Lagoon outdoor
dining area is a lovely setting. If you want to enjoy the spectacular sunset, plan a late lunch (4:00pm) as the sunset is early, 5:30-5:45p.m. You can check on-line for exact time.
We overheard the guests at the table near us, commenting to the owner, they had dined there 3 nights of the 7 days of their vacation! That's quite a testimony! You can also reserve a table online.

Had dinner on 3/15. Great outside dining on the bay side. Gentle breeze, nice sunset view. Food was ok, prices were fair given the experience. Pasta was pretty salty, flatbread was nothing memorable. I had the Tripasta, which had the cannelloni, which was the best of the three. If you near km15, and want a great sunset location, stop in. Don't expect too much in terms of top quality Italian. Service was fine.
