Whenever we are in Cancun, my brothers, sister and partners always make sure that we take a class with chef Claudia. We have never been disappointed and this year was no exception.
We tried something new this year, and accompanied by chef Claudia we ventured out to Valladolid to experience a typical Mexican market. Chef Claudia explained all the different fruits and vegetables and how they were used in a typical Mexican cooking.
We had a delightful Mexican breakfast along side a cenote. We also toured casa de los venados. This was an incredible house with numerous works of art.
There was ample time to stroll along the city center and shop.
We finished the day with a delightful dinner at a local restaurant in which chef Claudia helped us choose classic Mexican dishes.
Everyone had a great time ... as usual. We most assuredly will do another adventure with chef Claudia next year when we return.
