I can't add much to all the other reviews, except to register another "yes" vote for Peter's. Some friends treated us to dinner, and it was excellent. Although I will say, I had the veal marsala and it was unusual -- very good, but not the traditional veal marsala -- it was thicker chunks of veal, very tender, and the sauce was not very marsala-ey, more like a brown sauce, very good but not quite what I'm used to. A friend had the veal chop, which was the special of the night, and said it was to die for. Service was perfect and Peter )owner-chef) comes out to greet each guest and takes your food order. He said he could prepare anything we'd like, as long as he had the ingredients, so you can order "off menu" if you have a favorite dish. All in all, this was the best restaurant we visited this year in Cancun -- highly recommended! Easy to find, and the prices are very reasonable compared to the hotel zone.
