The location on the lagoon was beautiful. We shared a tuna (carpaccio de atun) and a duck lettuce wrap taco as appetizers. For dinner we both ordered salmon. For dessert I ordered a chocolate cake with molten chocolate in the middle(fondant de chocolate armargo) and my husband ordered a cannoli stuffed with goat cheese which came with pear sherbet. After dessert we ordered the Mayan coffee which is so much fun to watch made with fire at your table. Everything we ordered was delicious with complex textures and flavors. The presentation of the food was unique and beautiful. Our service was outstanding (attentive, great suggestions, friendly). Will definitely go back next time we are in Cancun!
