I traveled to this hotel last weekend and had a great time. This hotel is all inclusive to include all alcohol drinks. The hotel staff was nice and very helpful. The room was clean but the plumbing was a little sluggish (mainly the slow draining sink). My room felt a little damp but I am not sure if that was from the humidity of Mexico or if I should have changed rooms. I would like to offer you the things you need to know about this hotel.
1. Free food is not available 24 hours. After 10pm you will have to order room service.
2. If you are looking for energy this is not the hotel for you. After 10pm the hotel gets a little dim and quiet. There was not much action in the clubs at the hotel.
3. No children at this hotel so there is no game room (pool, basketball, etc). There were pool side games but not a lot of participation. Volleyball was very popular though.
4. Food was good. I did not get sick so the ice and the water was fine as well. The water was served from a water cooler.
5. Beach was nice. Lots of chairs and towels to use.
6. A MUST - Try The Black Hole - Make reservations at the front desk because it fills up fast.
7. If you are strapped for cash. The chair massage at the hotel is $1 (us dollar) a min.
8. If you want to go on the boose cruise on Thursday you have to sign up really early. A lot of people go and leave the hotel a ghost town.
9. You do not need a taxi to go shopping downtown. Take the bus for $1 (us dollars). A lot of buses run so you should not have to worry about being late. There is only one main street to get you where you need to be in the hotel zone.
10. The front desk can exchange your US dollars for pesos. But the shops I went to accepted US dollars.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The shows were very nice. The night life at the hotel club was not that great but I still had fun. Breakfast was worth looking forward to. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a low key vacation.

I was by myself but met folks very easily and had much fun. The room was more than fine and it had a great view of the Sea. The VIP package gave me my very own little pool and Wi-Fi included, which worked great. The meals were fine with plenty of food. I think the Muerdeme Mucho was the best (Mexican) though I did enjoy the breakfast at Benzazuno a lot. Otherwise the food was typical of all-inclusives. Place is both LGBT friendly and also there was a lot of diverse peoples, which I liked. Plenty of booze and lunch options around the fun pool. There were two big pools and plenty of room on the beach, which was beautiful. Had a great time.

We went there for 4 days and I don't remember our room cool as the thermostat says 68^. I asked the front desk a few times to send maintenance over to check it out but the engineer that went told us that something was wrong with the main unit on the roof. We went to the buffet for dinner and the dinning room was at the same temp as our room they had the door wide open, and one of the servers told us that the A/C wasn't had not been working for the entire day. We went back to our room and of course it was as hot and humid as a sauna. We asked the front desk to move to a different room, which they did the next day. We went on a tour of Xcaret for the day and when we came back they gave us a different room but with the same problem, it was a nice sauna room instead of a nice and cool room to rest in.
We don't think we would return to this hotel. We could go to a better hotel with all the amenities working for the same price.

The resort itself was good, nothing extravagant but everything I could ask for-if wifi is important be prepared to spend $13 a day on it, but really just leave your phone alone and enjoy your vacation! All inclusive package is affordable and accommodations were more flexible here than any other resorts we visited.
If you want a happy medium between lazy, calm, quiet resort atmosphere and body-shots-and-lap-dances drunk frat party atmosphere Oasis Sens is PERFECT :) Adult and fun, upbeat and lots to do but without being too crazy.
If you stay for a week or more the food will probably get boring but that's true anywhere you stay for a week! Only suggestion is to vary food options at different resorts and themes more.

If you want a little classier drink or more premium brand options with the all inclusive package, take a break from tequila shots and mix drinks at the pool bar and try the sunset or lobby bar for a while! Make sure you try a mojito before you leave!!

At the end of the day what made this vacation and resort so much more memorable was the people!! Eber is a concierge agent who's actually leaving for a better job, but he's so friendly and helpful! He'll work late just to help give you advice to make your trip what you want it to be- so sweet!!! And Edwin is incredibly friendly and helpful too! Carlos is the best bartender- he's always in a good mood and lots of fun to talk to :) Ask him to surprise you- his drinks are good!! Mauro is hilarious. Ricardo is another bartender and is awesome! He gave me advise on clubs and tried to help me find a better deal on cover charges. Sometimes the bartenders get bored and just start handing out random tequila shots-especially if you're friendly!
Most important- do lots and lots of activities! All of them! Pool and beach volleyball, soccer, ping pong, yoga, aerobics whatever you can! The recreational team is the best! Emily is a blast to be around, and Antonio!!

Hotel was good but not 5 star. Had the VIP room with a great beach view. Room leaked a few places, but didn't want to be moved because the view was that great! The Italian resturaunt and Mexican were great, as well as the sushi bar. I would go again, but I will be trying a true 5 star next time. Stephanie at VIP booth was great!

Stayed at this hotel with a large group of about 85 people and we had a blast! Small details with maintenance (some leaks when it rained, some humidity stains), the internet service that was included in the rate was down for about 4 days which was quite stressful as the coordinator of 85 people who wanted to keep in touch with work and their loved ones. However, the evening entertainment was fabulous! Pantra, the host at Kinky made sure my group had lots of fun. She's the most charming, funny, welcoming person ever! The Oasis Angels (Mauricio, Manolo, Pamela and Judith) are all super hot, great dancers and entertainers and to top it all off lovely people!
Most of the service staff at the hotel was AMAZING! Special thanks to Concierge Sarai, and all the people at the reception.
The beach and pools are beautiful. Some lack of cleanliness in the beach bathrooms (missing toilet paper, hand soap). Plenty of bars, you don't have to go very far to get a drink almost ever!
Thursday night Pirate Ship party was a lot of fun! Definitely do this if you are a party person!
Mexican restaurant has amazing staff who will try to get you extremely drunk!
Best restaurants: Al Sur and Black Hole (unforgettable experience!). Be sure to make reservations as soon as you arrive!
What I miss most about this hotel: Pantra's smiling face, laughing with Mauricio and Manolo, dancing with Pamela and Judith, the sexiest ladies ever! Friendliest staff of any hotel I've ever visited by far! Special thanks to Luis Cañada for all his hard work!

Room Tip: Go for 7th or 8th floor ocean view Sian Kaan. Totally worth it!

To begin with, the airline lost my husband's luggage and didn't have any record of where it was at the airport. We were very pleasantly surprised however that the airport forwarded the bag onto our hotel once it was found about 2 hours later. I wish I could say that this good fortunate continued but it was all downhill from there.

Upon our arrival at Oasis Sens we discovered an issue with our reservation almost immediately and had difficulty finding someone who could help us. We were promised an Ocean front room and all that anyone could tell us was - we should not have been promised that and they weren't responsible for what travel agency may have told us because there were no ocean front rooms available.
Five days vacation....switch rooms three times. First day... the air condition wasn't working correctly, or at all for that matter - the aggravating part of that is they knew it but gave us the room anyway. All they said was that the room may get a bit warm because it gets direct sunlight all day. We knew this fact because I speak both languages, Spanish and English and when the maintenance guys came to check the A/C they were talking to each other - I heard this in Spanish... "Why would they put someone in this room, when they know that the A/C isn't work correctly ".

After sleeping in that room the first night, or trying to sleep in that room I should say, we informed them of this immediately the next morning (around 9am). Well, by 3 o'clock and after a lot more aggravation and arguing, they gave us another room. Only to find out after getting settled and putting our heads down to rest before dinner, the roof was leaking right above our bed. We informed the desk. In a short while a maintenance person came up and said they were looking into it and the front desk would give us instructions on what to do. We went to dinner and needless to say, nothing was done & we had to sleep in that room with the bed in the middle of the room and on our second night having a wet bed and with wet pillows and the constant sound of a slow drip less than 3 feet from our heads. Please note that if we didn't move the bed ourselves, that slow drip would have been on our heads. They didn't do anything for us until next day at 4 o'clock.
Once we finally arrived our 3rd room, everything looked good again except for the fact that we had to use our beachtowels to contain the water from coming into the room because it was raining... We tried to make the best of it and said to ourselves well if there is a little water, let's leave the towels there- we should not be having any more issues now. After all, we were told this was the "Master Suite" & " it was the best room in the house"!
We could not have been more mis-informed because when we came back from dinner, we had water inside our room from the front door almost to the end of the room and the wind was howling through the sliding glass doors on the balcony because they were broken and could not be shut correctly.... At that point we gave up.
Lucky, we happened to catch a housekeeper in the hall who happened to be cleaning-up another mess - she dried the floors and added more towels to the bottom of the doors (as if she was doing us a favor I must add) - It was a complete mess and at that point we just gave up, went to bed and hoped that the last day of our vacation would go by quickly so we could get home. It was horrible and felt that we were getting no sympathy from anyone on the staff of the Oasis Sens - they acted as if this was just the way it was and we should just deal with it.

I cannot help but mention that this hotel was a complete mess, not just in our rooms - the roof was leaking all over at the common areas, restaurants and at the front desk. You could not walk 20 feet without seeing a leak or evidence of a leak.
I personally saw another guest of the hotel as well as a worker fall because of the wet floors..... a complete nightmare and by far, my worst travel experience ever!
Please do yourself a favor and book at another hotel. Cancun is beautiful but this place.... This resort definitely run my vacation.

Room Tip: Even the best room was a mess....
