Le Blanc gets great reviews on TA, which is why we chose the place. Staff were so friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Rooms were nice. No balconies, but a large picture window that could be opened up so that the back part of the room could sort of function as a balcony. Excellent pool area and spa. Umbrellas available on the beach. Dining was a mess. By the time we arrived, restaurant reservation options were limited. The food was mostly very good but took hours to be served even if we said we didn't want to spend hours eating. Outside regular meals, lots of drink but very limited food options. Essentially nothing walk up. And for a top end resort, the house wine selections were pitiful! Resort gimmick is that they give you -- in our case -- $750 towards resort expenses. Turns out that only $250 can be used for the spa, which is an 80 min massage or equivalent. The rest is relatively useless for anything substantive. When we arrived, one of the departing guests was arguing with the staff about the policies, so we knew what to expect. They ought to rethink their resort credit idea.

We had an amazing few days at the beautiful place. The service was outstanding and made the trip so much more enjoyable! From our concierge, Roger, who organized our entire stay, to our drivers, Juan Carlos and Miguel, to our pool staff, Laura and Lucinda, spa staff, Ruth, Edlin, and Wendy, and finally our butlers Joel and Cesar, we couldn’t have asked for better service.

We would like to thank the following people for making our stay at Le Blanc excellent: first Roger, the ultimate professional. Our 7th floor butlers, Joel and Cesar. Amber at yoga. We vacationed at the Adults only Leblanc Spa Resort February 6 to February 20, 2018 for 14 days. This is our 7th consecutive year at this fabulous resort.

Pick up at the airport again was easy, quick and comfortable by Heber with a wonderful driver Juan Carlos on the return . Both men are gentleman and delightful to travel with. The private transportation is great and time saving. The resort is only 25 minutes from the airport. Our arrival welcome was warm and friendly, as always. We were greeted by Connie of Guest services and by Roger our Diamond concierge. They had our favorite adult beverages waiting. All of our spa requests and dinner requests were completed before our arrival, therefore our private check in was a breeze. Great job again Roger. Straight to a wonderful lunch with staff that remembered us as old friends. Then off to our room.

We were celebrating our anniversary at Le Blanc, which has become a tradition with us. This year, again, our chosen room was the one bedroom presidential with a jacuzzi on a large ocean front balcony and with ocean views from each room, perfect on the 9th floor. We couldn't have chosen better any where. Both weeks the housekeeping service was perfect. The floor butlers were awesome, always available and gracious and willing to help with any detail. We are grateful to Jonatan and Luis for their fine service. Special thanks to both. Luis set up a beautiful flower petaled jacuzzi and several balloons in our room for our 41st anniversary. Many thanks for the pleasant surprise. An added bonus is all the friendly greetings from all the butlers we’ve had during our previous visits! What a great group of guys. We were delighted to see Rene had moved up from waiter to the butler staff. He has such a great personality and will be an awesome butler.

This Spa resort has a very beautiful tropical feel with many Palm trees near the pools and on the most beautiful section of beach in all of Cancun. We love the 3 pools and beach at the LeBlanc. The beach in this area is the widest on this section of the hotel strip and has a breathtaking Caribbean blue water view. The pool concierges Laura, Henry, Lucinda, Elíseo, Carlos and Mauricio were always present and hustling about to make sure that we had everything we needed in their area. The standout Cabana- beach waiters were Jair, Victor Hugo, Daniel and Christopher. They were so pleasant and efficient at their jobs. We spent many hours in their company over several days enjoying getting to know them better.

On the beach were lifeguards Hernando and fill in Daniel from the Sun Palace. These two guys maintained a watchful eye on those who entered the water. They were constantly hustling providing chairs, umbrellas and towels for all the beach guests while continuously being aware of the swimmers. They are awesome!

All the pool and beach servers did a fantastic job as always. They were always available providing the best service, beverages and snacks that anyone could possibly want. These incredible people Jorge, Rafael, Jeanette, Arlet, Chris, Ilse and Marine were always pleasantly taking care of everyone. Over at the Luna pool were Mayra and Sarahi with equally incredible service. Certainly not to forget many great pool bartenders, Manuel, Luis, Ofrei and Adiel. Great people. Many thanks. Even Marco was running around accommodating guests in any way possible! What a guy!

We dined in all of the restaurants several times. Managers of special recognition are Marco at the International, Antoneta at the Asian and Victor at the French Lumiere. Special notice to hostesses Vanessa, Alexandria and Jessica. These ladies did a fine job. The food and service was always very good to excellent. The dinners at Le Blanc International, the French Lumiere, Le Blanc Italian and Le Blanc Asia were exciting, beautifully presented and most of all delicious. There are many outstanding Chefs behind the scenes providing excellent food and deserts. Special note to Chef Severiano who remembered some favorite dishes, extra effort by Chef Jorge and exquisite dishes in the Lumiere by Chef Santiago. I cannot overlook wonderful breakfast cook Isabel. Beautiful smile everyday!

We enjoyed wine offerings and suggestions from Sommelier Fabien Ravier. He is a special man and went out of his way to find us a great pairing. Always a pleasure to be with him at dinner. We also had a couple of special dinners during our stay. Our 41st anniversary dinner in the Lumiere was fantastic. We enjoyed fine dining outside in the Palafito and at the pool / beach balcony. The Chefs and waiters made it all very special. A job well done.

Standout waiters throughout our stay were: In the International for breakfast and lunch each day, Manuel, Elias, Armando, José, David and Juan. International dinner were Fausto and Eduardo and German at the Asian restaurant. Special service was provided at the Lumiere French restaurant by Manager Victor (what a phenomenal guy). We have a special place in our hearts for the servers at Lumiere - Cesar, Carlos, Edgar, Manny, and Alejandro - and we look forward to seeing their smiles and super service each visit.

The spa service appointments were made before hand so we did not have to wait to make appointments. We received excellent salon mani/pedis from Galicia and Ivonne. These ladies are very special. We had massages several times. All of the ladies were the best at their profession. Special thank you Guadalupe, Geraldine, Vera, Edlin, Analy and spa attendants Ana and Pablo. Just go there and be pampered!

LeBlanc is never a disappointment. If you want the very best in a quiet adults only spa resort, then look no further. You will want to return again and again. The staff at this resort are very special. Some of those who make it the best are led by General Manager Janaí Valdez, his assistant Leslie Belez. Public Relations Pamela and assistant Diana. They are such an excellent team of leaders. We have to mention Guest Services Erika Cheix, Isaac, assistant food and beverage manager, and Menalio, special events manager, for their exceptional service; plus express our appreciation to a number of others who lead their respective groups to incredible service.

Our special thanks to “all” employees for a wonderful 2 weeks. They all are outstanding at their work. Our time there was wonderfully relaxing with good food and good people making it well worth the stay. Staying at the LeBlanc is like visiting a distant and loving family. We highly recommend this resort to adult couples of any age and we certainly will return soon.

First and foremost, I have stayed at the Le Blanc twice and I must say, it is the best of the best. Probably the best hotel I have visit. In prior vacations I have visit Four Seasons resorts around the world also the Ritz and I must tell you. Le Blanc surpasses those fancy resorts by quite a bit. The customer service is phenomenal, not great, not excellent, it is PHENOMENAL. You truly feel welcome and appreciated. If you cannot enjoy the Le Blanc and everything it has to offer you must be a truly miserable person to the core. I want to thank Jonathan the Butler, Roger at the international restaurant, the Manager at the Asian Restaurant, a lady that was so professional and well trained in customer services. I also want to thank all the staff at the Le Blanc that made possible a exceptional week for my girlfriend and me. If you are considering a vacation in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen, do not hesitate to book the Leblanc. It is worth every cent. I WILL BE BACK.

Room tip: Any room will do. It depends how much time you spend in the room. I spend most of my time outdoors.
