I did not intend to stay at Le Blanc, but we went to a resort presentation at the Moon Palace and ended up buying resort week with the Palace elite program. They upgraded us to Le Blanc for the remaining six days. All I can say is this resort has top notch service. We arrived and our room was ready (Junior Suite w/ 2 balconies). Went straight to the pool and beach. They set up your beach chairs for you. Beach and pool service was great. Pool food was excellent and fast. First night ,we had the opportunity to release baby turtles in the ocean. My hubby wanted to watch a baseball game, so he found the Stage bar on the 3rd floor. The bartenders are the best (Micheal, Ivan, Luis, Alfonso) they made the most amazing Plum Caipirinha drinks. They treated us like VIPs. Our glasses were never empty. We had a lot of fun at the Stage Bar. The beach is one of the best. Great place to relax with the one you love.

We spent September 27 - October 6 at Le Blanc and we plan to return! This was a trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we wanted a place to relax, not worry about a schedule, enjoy our surroundings and feel refreshed at the end of our stay. Le Blanc delivered all of this and more. We took advantage of the transportation to and from the resort by Elite Travel - booked when we reserved our room and we were very pleased with their service. Our room (Governor's Suite) was lovely. It had everything we could possibly need and more, including a Nespresso machine, bar and snacks in the room. If you want anything in the refrigerator changed out for beverages you prefer, they are happy to do so. I looked forward to chocolates delivered each evening - boy were we spoiled. The food throughout the resort was excellent. We ate at all of the restaurants, had dinner on the beach, ordered room service and ate by the pool. Of course we had our favorite meals, but each restaurant had something special to offer and we were not disappointed. The room service was delivered promptly and it was delicious as well. We also enjoyed the wonderful food by the pool. Many thanks to Rafael and his team who waited on us in the International Restaurant. Bar service was also excellent - swim up bar, poolside and lobby were mainly the ones we took advantage of. Each evening there was music at the lobby bar. All of the musicians were top notch - cellist, pianist, etc. It was perfect for the setting. Thank you to Guillermo, Ivan and Israel, who took such good care of us at the lobby bar. The gym is excellent and there are a good assortment of classes offered. We loved the Spa - the setting is lovely and tranquil. We did the couples Dreams experience and it was wonderful. My husband also enjoyed an Olympic Massage. We both loved the Hydrotherapy Treatments and want to thank Ana and Fernando for their assistance. They were great! There are so many other individuals who made our visit so special from the young men and women at the pool to the individuals who treated us so well in the restaurants, shops, etc. It is very evident that everyone is trained to put the guest first and it shows. Compliments to the General Manager for putting together such an excellent team. Our stay was more memorable than we had anticipated it would be and we began talking about a return visit the day after we arrived. We highly recommend Le Blanc and have been telling our family and friends how fabulous our trip was. It truly exceeded all of our expectations!

Room Tip: We were on the fifth floor in a Governor's Suite and our views were spectacular!

Spent last few days of honeymoon at Le Blanc. To be honest Cancun is a bit rubbish compared to the rest of the region and towns but Le Blanc was really nice. Had a suite with a jacuzzi in the room which was great, would also highly recommend the international restaurant over all the others.

Overall was very pricey compared to other hotels we stayed at but as a resort hotel all inclusive it did exactly what it says on the tin to a very high standard. Would recommend for couples

I'm a lil late with this review but my husband and I stayed at Le Blanc Sept 6th-Sept 13. This was our fourth trip to Le Blanc. The first time we stayed was for our Honeymoon, then first anniversary, then second anniversary and recently for our fourth. Last year we did a big family vacation and in a year away there were a some changes mostly good but some we were not happy with. As always the staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. There are many people that made our trip wonderful but one person needs a special shout out and that is Edgar. On our first trip to Edgar was a waiter in the International restaurant on a return trip he was then manager of Blanc Oriental (and when he was manager the service was amazing; this time not so much) now he is in charge of the romantic dinners on the beach. Edgar goes out of his way to make sure you have the best vacation. On this trip we saw him after we had eaten at Blanc Oriental and told him we were sad that he wasn't the manager anymore because the service was not good. He was so upset that we had a bad experience and said that when we came for our romantic dinner he would make it up to us. Each time we saw him before our romantic dinner he kept inquiring if everything was good and if there was anything he could do. He also told us he was praying for good weather as it had been raining what a sweet man. One day we rented a cabana and Lucinda was our beach butler. She was so sweet and took such good care of us she works very hard. Issac, the manager of the Italian restaurant gave us a special table when he found out it was our anniversary. Michael at the third floor bar was great, he made the best drinks. Ivan and Luis at the lobby bar were also so friendly and entertaining! We felt that tips were very important and well deserved these people work so hard and they appreciate the extra money!

Ok so now what we weren't happy with. Every time we were there before we always used our resort credits for a room upgrade; we like the junior suite. This time we were told since we had the oceanfront honeymoon booked that was the highest we could use the credits for and if we wanted the junior suite we would have to pay for it. We paid the money because we felt the upgrade was worth it just to have a bigger bathroom. There was a misunderstanding with the room we thought since we booked the oceanfront honeymoon we would get full oceanfront in the junior suite. After waiting over an hour for our room, we found out we had lagoon view and partial oceanfront with a balcony. So we made a call down because we were never told that it wasn't full oceanfront. We got compensated one night of the upgrade cost and in the end we ended up loving having a room with a balcony!

One of the other changes that we didn't like was the changes to the wine. On our other 3 trips, there was plenty of wine to choose from and the sommelier would come around to the tables and help you choose a wine. Now they only have a few whites and a few reds and everything else you have to use resort credits for. Not only that the prices for those wines are crazy and they are totally not worth the money they say they are. Also the sommelier now only goes to the guests who are upgrading and paying for their wine. I guess since we only drank house wine and didn't upgrade we were ignored.

Anyway just a few disappointments but my husband and I would still go back. We find Le Blanc very relaxing and peaceful since our everyday lives are crazy it's nice to get to relax and be taken care of for 8 days!

We arrived here on September 28th for 1 week for our honeymoon. After a long flight we were greeted with a gorgeous glass of coconut milk and a refreshing cool towel. Check in was very quick and smooth where I was also presented a beautiful flower. We were briefly shown around then escorted by our butler up to our room. Room 709 oceanfront honeymoon room and it was fab, clean and modern. My only criticism would be that the bathroom is a little small but the view makes up for that!! Room service, Buffett breakfast, lunch and all al a carte restaurants were amazing especially the French 'lumiere'. Pool area is immaculate and staff can't do enough for you bringing you all of your drinks, on top of that ice lollies, fresh fruit and cucumber for your eyes along with a fresh cool towel. Our butler arranged our in room aromatherapy, running our jacuzzi and arranging the types of pillows we required. Maid service was great especially that we had a turn down service on an evening. Romantic meal on beach was beautiful and you can spend your resort credit on this. Beauty parlour and spa are worth a visit. Lobby bar is great for pre and post dinner drinks and will make you anything you require. Guillermo is fantastic in fact they all are. Don't miss out and visit this place!!

My wife & I were picked up at the airport by Snr. Ramon Portillo Gonzalez who is one of the welcome concierge on staff at the LeBlanc Spa & Resort. We werewarmly greeted and escorted to our vehicle. Snr. Gonzalez loaded our luggage into the van and got us seated in the van. He than gave my wife and I a cool towel to refresh ourselves. We were asked pertinent information in order to pre-register us at the hotel before we arrived at the hotel. En route we were asked what our favorite drink was and when we arrived at the hotel, our drinks were waiting for us. What a splendid way to start a vacation.After settling into our room, we went for lunch for what was the start of many memorable meals. All of the resturants are under the direction and supervision of Snr. Emanuel Santana Reyes who has the resturant operation running like a smooth running machine. Snr. Reyes can be seen at all hours of the day overseeing the daily operation of the various resturants, confering with his staff and greeting guests at their table. My wife and I had the pleasure of speaking to Snr. Reyes on several occasions. We were always asked if there was anything he could do for us. The same could be said for the staff in the resturants, lobby bar, pool area and guest reception. Our favorite waiter was Fernando where we had breakfast and lunch daily. Fernando is a very witty fun loving individual and we enjoyed his service very much. From what we observed other waiter were also quite eager to please. Everything was a pleasure for them to serve us, and very graciously they did. They all work so hard and it was quite disconcerting to see how little tips they received for their efforts. My wife and I stayed at the LeBlanc from Sept 10 to Sept 17, 2013 and although it rained 5 1/2 days during our vacation of 7 days, we still have many memorable memories of interacting with the staff of the hotel.They are all TERRIFIC.

I Loved the rooms. Excellent ocean views. The beach was amazing and the staff would bring me drinks right on the beach. Very Clean environment and the food was ok/good. Most of the staff was excellent with a few minor exceptions. It felt very private and exclusive when we were there (December). We would definitely go back. ALSO a plus is when you go your bracelet allows you to go to 13 different hotels and enjoy there food and drinks for free as well!
