This is my 3 time at this resort and can't wait to go back. Everything is just amazing from the service, cleanness of the hotel. You feel welcomed by the time you check in and continues throughout your stay!

I love this hotel! I came on vacation once before and now its the only place I stay in Cancun when I travel with my family. the staff was amazing, specially Oliver at the beach, he was very attentive and came by frequently to make sure we had anything we needed. fantastic service, fantastic hotel and great beaches and pools.

This amazing Man went above & beyond & out of his way for my family, taking care of all 19 of us the 3 days we were poolside the Dip&Sip bar! Thank you for such a wonderful experience during our stay at Hyatt Ziva, RAU-OWOH OWOH!!!!!!!!!!

It was my second visit here to Hyatt Ziva Cancún and I brought two first timers with me. Previously, I had stayed in the Turquoize Tower but this time, I booked a resort view double room. We got placed in 2305 facing the dolphin pool and the main grounds...which was nice! The room was a stark difference from the Turquoize room...less spacious and obviously less luxurious accommodations. All was pretty quiet until the water sports start around 10am, but nothing too disruptive. We enjoyed all the restaurants we visited, especially Moongate for dinner and Habanero’s for lunch. We did not get a chance to try La Bastille for dinner however. Raul, our poolside waiter, was super attentive and even saved us chairs the next morning so we did not have any hassle finding 3 together. Diego, behind the swim up bar, was awesome excellent! Jorge, who was doing beachside service, amazingly juggled multiple complex requests from difficult guests all while keeping a smile on his face. Can’t wait to come back here for a THIRD time! Hyatt Ziva/Zilara are my favorite!

Started off shakey. We had confirmed Turquoize transportation and no one was at the meeting place outside for us as described...instead, we had to have someone else find the driver and walk is out to the vehicle. Then, the driver wasnt friendly or welcoming at all. Barely said a sentence the whole ride, but then again, he was busy..
Busy texting and driving!!! When we went to the adult tower to check in, we were played fools and given the worst room location available there! Room 307...right next to the wedding reception party area... every single evening, for hours, kids screaming, LOUD music and DJ, drunks and LOUD LOUD LOUD! Other than the burgers and pizza, the food was horrible! I lost 5 lbs in 7 days! Seriously...5 lbs! (And I'm already thin enough!) The bartenders need to be educated on drinks...the standard pool side pina colada and margaritas gets old and they cant make much else. We asked for a fan numerous times (to help drown out all the noise) and was promised this but never did get one. It was our 35th anniversary and they brought us some champagne in a iceless bucket...they never did bring any ice, yes we asked...left the unopened bottle there when we left. Beautiful resort with some great ideas but fell way short for the price and expectations for us. We wont come back. Now Zilara was awesome and we will go there again.
