I didn't know that once you go down on the beach area there are some guys renting out beach beds for no more than 200 pesos, drinks are 1.5 litres of beer and not expensive at all. Great place for locals not to spend much.

This beach was so so.

Pros: Colorful Cancun sign for pics, cheap massages.

Cons: Not so clean needed shoes to walk on sand, people hanging outside bathroom waiting for change, long lines for Cancun sign.

Ur resort beach most likely will be nicer and cleaner. I'd Only recommend to go see and take pics by the Cancun sign

Sheer perfection. It's a free beach, which is hard to find in Cancun but incredible. Beware, there are no shops around, so bring everything you need. Oh and try the Kibbis (I think) sold by a gentleman walking around, they are delish.

Not a very special beach.
From a distance the view is very beautiful but on the beach self nothing special.
The only special thing is that you can spot turtles if your lucky.
The beach it self is not special lots of sea weed and a big part is for the surrounding hotels so you're not allowed to walk there.

From our hotel in downtown cancun , we took a bus R1 to go there, bus driver is friendly he accept USD since we don't have Mex peso. Then he drop us in PLAYA DELFINES. It was 10am already, Im surprise a lot of people are on the line waiting to take picture of the famous BIG SIGN cancun..its not bad at all, well organize after we took few post and selfie, we went to the beach , while walking on the way to the beach side, we saw a couple of iguana. At first I'm scared , but later on, i just ignored it, we continue walk, then swim. The beach is very clean, waves are perfect. It was fun, really have fun.
