Our 9th visit! Keep coming back to a lovely property and a pleasant staff. I cannot say enough about the service. Everyone treats you like royalty. The pool area is the finest in Cancun (we have stayed at several other hotels) The bar and food at the pool is our favorite though there are several other options. David the manager was a special treat. Always making sure we were happy with everything. We plan on another visit here this fall.

great staff, nice location and next to the convention center...front desk was a bit slow to check in and check out; beach not a place to go due to seaweed but pool very nice .....having water at the gym and on floors was nice

I stayed in this hotel with my family for two nights. The pool and the garden are very nice with artistic design. The gym is also great. My room has great ocean view, and I enjoyed viewing the sunrise from the balcony.

This is my first time vacation to the Cancun. I spent a lot of time reading others' reviews for this hotel and the other hotels. I also watched a lot you tube videos. What they said are true. I did not regret choosing Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun. Very good location - shopping, restaurants, supper market are just across the street.

Ventanas restaurant had great service! Marcelino, our server always made sure we didn’t need anything. His manager Alejandro Quriel visites our table to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back!
