Just had a really fantastic stay. Wonderful food, gorgeous and immaculate surroundings, and really friendly and helpful staff. The Kids Club staff members Cary, Paulina, and Andrea were really super with my kids, and Margarita and the Daniels running activities were so lovely. The restaurant servers could not be more helpful - thank you to Francisco, Juan Jose, Sebastian, Oscar making omelletes to order every morning with a smile, just everyone was great. ,

This hotel greated us saying "welcome home". This hotel really did feal like a home away from home. The service was great and anything you needed was rushed to you. Our maid service was amazing. Our maid was Yaqulin Hernandez. She really went above and beyond any maid I have ever had (and I travel a lot). Also had a great time in their Lobby bar. They always had activities going on and was full every night. Bartenders were great and very interactive. They also had waiters walk around who did an amazing job. One of our servers was Felix Martin, he was a hard worker and really made the bar lobby a great experience. His female partner who's name I didnt catch was also very nice and a hard worker as well. We came in a group of 12 and a baby and would come back again when we get the opportunity.

We were married at the Fiesta Americana Condesa last April. I just want to say, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our wedding was small and intimate including just us and our teenage daughters. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We were wed on the sand under the curtained pergola. The breeze blew through the curtains and the clouds formed gorgeously over the ocean to make for perfect pictures. The resort provided a minister (Gabriela) who performed a lovely ceremony. The photographer took fabulous photos and was most patient with us trying to capture the moment. Afterwards, we had a private delicious dinner for two on the beach with candlelight and champagne.

Upon arrival, Ceasar (concierge) was most friendly and accommodating. He upgraded our room to a well-appointed beachfront suite with a hot tub. He sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room the first night and fresh fruit and pastries on other evenings. The resort also accommodated our needs by giving our daughters an adjoining room to our suite so we could keep them close by. Our housekeeper did a spectacular job keeping our room clean and tidy. We tipped her daily as our girls were messy and she deserved the additional pay.

The food was Delicious! From breakfast to dinner, there were so many choices.
- Breakfast you could either have in bed or at the buffet, room service was quick and good. The buffet offered so many choices from fruit to omelets and many brunch type foods. Mimosas and bloody mary’s were available if we wanted to get an early cocktail.
- Lunch was best at the pool. Each day we could dine at the pool bar on the fish/shrimp tacos (my favorite!) along with a yummy margarita. Pool side there was something different to eat daily – barbeque chicken, burgers/hotdogs on the grill, paella, corn-on-cob, and the staff even handed out fresh fruit kabobs and popsicles. In addition, we could get pizza, chicken fingers, nachos at the poolside window. We never needed to go inside for lunch, but could dine at the never-ending buffet if needed.
- Dinner at the al a carte restaurants was awesome. Each restaurant offered something different and delicious. Reservations were difficult to get so we would show up and request a table and were often seated within 45 mins. That’s where a cocktail comes in handy. One night they offered dinner outside under the stars with a big barbeque. Another night they had a dinner party in the ball room with a big dance show while we ate. Fabulous!!!!!!
- Coffee shop – Loved it! My whole family enjoyed the coffee and cappuccino. From early morning to late afternoon – we could get a good coffee and pastry (so good). This was a nice spot for my girls to chill with their friends.
- Room service – many choices all day. So good!

Entertainment was good. The resort offered a different theme show or party each evening. What I really like was that they handed out a daily schedule with all of the activities listed from morning to night. You could do as much as wanted or just chill by the pool. The entertainment staff was excellent. We especially enjoyed Danny and Carrie. They always made time to talk with our family and to offer activities to us personally. Shows were good. My teenage daughters loved the dance night at the pool and played beach volleyball by day. Our daughters made a bunch of friends as we were there over Easter and there were a lot of families vacationing as well. We did the speed boat/snorkel trip which I highly recommend. There were so many choices. If there wasn’t enough to choose from – Cancun nightlife is crazy good. Coco Bongos is a definite go to at least once.

I can’t say enough about the service. The employees work extremely hard and are so very friendly. We were greeted by everyone we encountered. The bartenders are fast and pour a good drink. The cocktail servers always made sure we had a drink. We tipped well, but noticed that they treated everyone equally whether tipping or not. They deserve anything extra.

We’ve been to many all-inclusives and this is our favorite. We love the Fiesta Americana Condesa and plan to return this upcoming April for our anniversary. Can’t wait!

The service was excellent at this hotel. The food was excellent as well and it provided a very nice experience. The rooms were decent and the air conditioning was not that strong as there was a constant dampness and slight mildew smell. I understand that this is expected of such a humid climate. The service and all inclusive experience here definitely made up for that and it was a great value. The beach was very blue and beautiful. There is drink service at the beach. The lobby bar is huge and a nice place to gather.

I spent five nights at the Condesa...I have wanted to go there for years and finally decided it was time....I am so happy that I did it....It's a beautiful hotel, it has a Mexican feel, and the people who work there, in every aspect that you would come in contact with them, are just the kindest, hardest working but happiest people you will ever meet. The food is very good, we ate mostly in the Buffets, but we did go to the Asian and Italian restaurants and were surprised at how good the food was....The place is immaculate...there is always someone cleaning, painting and touching up.....the room was a bit dated, certainly showed signs of wear and tear, but it also felt comfortable and cozy, at least to me... The pool is gorgeous, winding and turning with a cascade infinity pool on the top that I loved being in, and looking out onto the ocean.....which is a MUST for everyone to see at least once....the ocean is the most spectacular color blue you will ever see anywhere!!!! The food theme is International, I never had a problem with eating, as there is something for everyone...The Room Serive is a little limited but it did offer Chicken Nuggets, French Fries and Mozarella Sticks (they call them Cheese fingers)....good for the kids...So, if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Cancun, with good food, wonderful interaction with the work staff, a fabulous beach and just wonderful Customer Service, this is really a very good choice...Go For It....

Room Tip: Spend the money and get an Ocean View room, it is defifnitely worth it....And one more thing, look f...

Great service from time of arrival til time of departure. Minor issues were addressed by the staff in good time. (we had an issue with the door lock), which they just moved us to a different room. If you're concerned about the construction, it only affects the front facade and will be completed by Dec. 1st, so I was told.

My wife has a gluten allergy and in spite of me not notifying them in advance, they were very happy and good in accomodating her food allergy. The chef at each restaurant would meet with her and told her which foods were safe and would even prepare special dishes and desserts for her. Hotel grounds were well kept as I would see the staff constantly cleaning. Hotel rooms were the same. No problems there. Hotel room was spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small. Minor complaint is that they did not have any hanging wire to hang wet clothes over the tub so we laid them over towels on the floor. We did not have a balcony either since we were on the ground floor.

Pool grounds were what you'd expect at a resort, there's a kiddie pool as well. They all have a view of the beach. Beach access is very easy as it is located on the beach (like every other resort there). We did not encounter a lot of peddlers. Beach was also kept clean by the staff. Since it's all-inclusive, you can lay out in the sand and the staff would bring you drinks.

We went to all the restaurants except the Italian one, which I heard was very good. They had all the tables taken on our last night. The Mexican restaurant was good too. The Asian fusion restaurant was ok. The sushi rice could use some improvement. The buffet restaurant was not bad as well. We ate there a few times. The ambience could be better though as it was kinda boring, seeing that it is a resort.

If you're unsure of what to do while here, they have conceirge and Aquaworld vendor on the grounds. Or you could do like us and rent a van and drive to Akumal Beach. It's about 1 hr drive and was quite easy. Akumal beach is awesome for snorkeling.
