“Good Tour Guide - First Time on ATV & Zip Line”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2013

My sisters and I did the Hummer Jungle Tour and our tour guide was Merak. He is a nice guy and makes you feel comfortable. We had no interest in driving our Hummer so he drove us around, which was nice. It was my first time driving/riding an ATV and it was a great experience. They try to take photos of you with your camera while you're on the ATV and zip line etc. Also my first time ziplining. I don't think that the ziplines were as high as some of the others in Mexico but it's a good experience for a first-timer like myself. Taking a dip in the Cenote was interesting because it's fresh water. The lunch was at a small home-style restaurant on the beach. Thanks Merak :)

“Great fun!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2013

5 of us went on this tour and each one of us had a blast! Merak was our guide....he was wonderful! Fun, interesting and incredibly sweet and helpful. Took the hummers to the El Rey Ruins and, having already visited Chichen Itza a few days before, fully expected to be a bit bored during this part but not at all! Merak's love and knowledge of the mayan history made it feel as though I had never heard it before. Then off to zip line...felt totally safe and great for those new to the experience as they are not incredibly high. Next up were the atv's through the jungle...absolute blast! The cenote we visited was lovely with a zipline you can drop into it from...this was awesome. Back on atvs to the hummers and on to crococun zoo... We loved holding the baby crocs! This was a great excursion full of fun and laughs...and Merak is the best!

Excellent tours, guides, equipment. Simply the best tour. Well worth the money. The cenote that we swam in was cool , yet amazingly refreshing. If you want to explore cancun, this is the way to do it.

“Best Excursion Ever! Thanks Ezekiel.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 3, 2013

This was hands down the best excursion we have ever done as a family and was worth every penny. Our guide Ezekiel was extremely knowledgeable and new a whole lot about everything we encountered throughout the day. We started off at the La Isla mall were you will pick up your Hummer. Our first stop was a reptile zoo which was amazing and the kids loved it. Lots of cool pics and interactions with all of the animals. Next we drove into the jungle and did some zip lining. My 7 year old loved this the most and even went upside down on a few lines. Next we jumped on some 4 wheelers and took a trail to the Cenote which was beautiful. You can either walk in, zip line in or jump in. I chose to jump in and even though I am afraid of heights and it took me about 20 minutes to take the plunge, it was totally worth it and very refreshing. Once we dried off we drove to the town of Puerto Morales where we ate lunch at an oceanfront restaurant (very authentic) where all the ingredients used for the food and drinks was same day fresh. It was amazing. I recommend the pineapple Margarita and the fish. Then we headed back toward Cancun and stopped at some Mayan Ruins. Ezekiel new everything there was to know about his culture and ancestry and it made for a very informative and impressive tour of these ruins.

Overall this was a great day, totally worth the $$$ and the guide was outstanding. I would recommend this excursion to anyone looking to get what they pay for and you have to request Ezekiel, he was great. We will be doing this again when we return next year.

“FUN FUN FUN”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2012

Okay it's out in the sweaty jungle but it was fun. The people were super nice. ( in a location like this you always have a banjo going in the back of your head wondering what if we just some how disappeared- would they ever find us kind of feeling ) Anyways that disappeared and we had a fun time :) The ATV stuff was super fun and the zip lines made me ( the mom) pee my pants , but the kids loved it. !! The cenote swim was A BLAST !!!!!! out in a weird area by itself but FUN . The driver Merick was SUPER SUPER SUPER. We loved him. He spoke perfect english and was funny and had a great nice pleasent attitude. Would make a nice friend. He took us to the zoo - fun :) Also we stopped at a little rest that made the best spicy food . A little whole in the wall with nice people working there :)
