We found these guys outside our Dreams Sands resort. We had a group of 10.

Sail Away Isla Mujeres Catamaran Tour

$40 for the trip; includes snorkeling and "parasailing"; drink, food, etc.

They put us on public transportation (which is fine) but we had no idea where we were going. Luckily someone on the bus told us when to get off. Got off and again, had no idea where to go - he told us to follow the people. Well, those people were going to another sail away location than us. After a 5 minute walk, 25 minutes of standing in the wrong line we were redirected to where we were supposed to be.

Get to the new location. Stand in line again for 30 minutes. Pay another $13 for who knows what.

Hurry to get on boat since we are now late. No time to go to the bathroom first (which was 1 toilet for the hundreds of people getting on boats)

Stop to snorkle. Don't see much. Tried to ask questions about what we were seeing - no answer.

Back on the boat. Free drinks as we sail to the island. Pay another $35 for a golf cart for 4 people (x3 since we have 10).

Stop at the downtown shopping destination - have to run through it - no time time shop. Which is OK as the vendors are vultures.

Back on the boat. Go to eat (which 8 of our 10 got food poisoning from).

Hurry to eat to get on the golf carts. They oversold the golf carts so are now looking for people to cancel.

Travel to a point which was actually pretty cool. quick look, quick pictures. Back on the golf cart. Hurry along some random roads not seeing much.

Hurry back to the boat. Go home. No parasailing which was a huge attraction for several in our group.

Try to find public transportation back to our resort.

Wish we would have paid the extra through the resort or just taken the ferry over ourselves and done parasailing on our own.

Me and my wife went to cancun and we get this company to travel to isla mujeres, first they offer a lot of drinks without alcohol, and they offer a golf car to rent in isla mujeres, the main staff of the boat called “Flipper” said the golf car is gonna cost 10 dollars and after the trip they said the trip worth 35 dollars and I heard something wrong. In other words, they are f* liars and thieves, the worst place I ever seen, STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

As we bought the tickets we were told that we gonna do all of those activities shown in the flyer. The next day when we arrived at the temptation resort to check in for the tour, they tried to sell us a premium package for additional $40 US dollars because the price we paid ($63) includes not all activities and the regular boat will get pretty full. He even showed us the regular line in order to convince us to do the premium. The tour hadn't begun and we were already in a bad mood. AVOID!

Johnny vaca and his crew members gave the best service! They definitely made the trip worth taking. Aside from making us laugh and being very friendly they were very respectful and courteous. Ask for Johnny and his crew if y’all are looking for a great time.

First of all, we didn't even sail, though it was a very windy day. Second, bring earplugs if you don't enjoy constantly blaring techno-pop music. Finally, skip the golf cart tour on the south end of the island. They sell it as an ecological and archeological jungle exploration, but it's really just driving around the roads of a depressing little town.
