This is a fun place to eat! They are very accommodating to large groups and the view at sundown was beautiful. Very diverse menu, something for everyone in our group. Try the Sea Bass, it is amazing!

“Great views and amazing food!”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

This was our first time at captains cove as it was recommended to us from the staff at Royal Caribbean. The food was great..the grouper was fresh and the seafood pizza was amazing. Our entire family had a great dinner and at sunset the staff raised the shades to see the amazing sunset. On the pricey side, but great staff and food.

“Nice lunch spot”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

This restaurant is right across the street from the new Museo Maya. After touring the exhibit, I stopped in to have a light lunch. I had the seafood pizza, and it was great! They also have a nice selection of brews. The restaurant overlooks the lagoon.

“Still Great”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

We visit this restaurant every year, went twice this year still great. The food is great so is the service and price. Price wise I don't think you can beat it. It looked like they had more people than i had seen in the past, maybe the word is out, not crowded.

“Try the skirt steak!”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

My husband and I ate there last Thursday and we enjoyed our meal. We had free pina coladas (since we stayed at the Westin). They turned out to be virgin, but that's okay! I had the skirt steak which was really tasty and cooked perfectly. The vegetables that came with it were really good. They served this really good bread with dinner, which was a nice change from chip and salsa at other places. I thought the price was a little on the high end compared to what we normally spend where we live, but not outrageous. As others said, the service was a little slow, but I think that is how it is in Cancun. Not a big deal. The place overlooks the lagoon and it is very pretty. Everyone was very friendly.
