Tried this place on a whim when Gregory dragged us off the sidewalk on Ave Tulum into his restaurant. The two for 1 drinks were tempting...but then, almost all Cancun restaurants offer this. We were also intrigued by the Yucatan Tik n Chik fish dish - a whole fish, grilled with tomatoes, onions, and othe vegetables. We tried the grouper and red snapper prepared this way. Best ever! On the two nights we ate there, we also tried the grouper filet prepared with garlic, the shrimp/ fish brochettes, and the squid. They also have your basic Mexican offerings, but between Pik Nik, Pescaditos, and this spot, we got our fill of fish! You'll know Gregory by his laugh!

Friendly restaurant with 2 for 1 drinks and very good fresh tasting ceviche. Good place to stop and rest your feet and watch people in downtown Cancun.

This is a sports bar-dive-with-good-eats entity in Downtown Cancun where the vibe is relaxed, the food is good and plentiful, the beer is cold and you have the choice of sitting inside or outside under an umbrella. The cook/ owner served me directly bringing amazingly prepared seafood (squid, fish, shrimp), fried potatoes and steamed vegetables, fresh lime wedges, bread and butter and an unreasonably good cold beer. Picture that, at a table under an umbrella, brilliant afternoon sunlight dancing off the wares of the few craft stalls near the restaurant on what appeared to be a pretty old fashioned Mexican avenue. Some old skool Mexican music completes the moment. Absolutely no pretense here, but some of the best seafood I have had in a while.

A fellow named Marcos was hawking on Tulum Avenue, and we followed him to the restaurant. Sat down and ordered guacamole, it was excellent, and then went back the next night for dinner. Very tasty, and very good prices. Sit on the street and watch the people walk by going to the Las Palapas, then after dinner head down to Las Palapas and try a Marquisita, a very tasty little dessert with bananas, cream cheese & Nutella rolled into a shell...excellent!
