For me dining out isn’t just about stuffing your face, it is experential. Stumbling upon Madama Do Re was an experience my partner and I won’t soon forget. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the owner whose smile and countanace were so warm we felt as if we had known her forever. Her hospitality was only matched by her exceptional culinary skill. The ravioli with walnut and spinach is a dish so refined and personal you imagine that she has been making it her whole life. Honestly you could taste the years of expertise in each perfect bite. Madame Do Re could make fortune manufacturing and selling this dish alone, but that would defeat her mission of using food to make people happy “one person at a time.” She made us feel like we were the only people in the world, and that is an experience we won’t soon forget!

We were warmly greeted by the owner (who's from Italy) when we walked into the restaurant, and her passion for serving great food was immediately apparent. She suggested dishes and wines, and she made sure we knew that all her food was made with love. And the food itself definitely delivered. From the homemade bread to the ravioli to the fettuccine, this was simply the best Italian food we've ever had, especially for the price. Fantastic food, generous hospitality, and a great value. Highly recommended.

I am Italian and believe me, the ravioli with spinach and walnut sauce are something extraordinary. It seems like feeling at home. Everything is made with love. BRAVA!

We went there for dinner thanks to the recommandation from the hostess of our hostel. We had fettuccine ai funghi and fettuccine with sauce bolognese, panna cotta with homemade strawberry jam.Everything's good and fresh. And the restaurant owner is nice.
Totally recommend this restaurant.

I came here with my partner the other night and had the best meal of our trip. I ordered the spinach ravioli with a walnut cream sauce, he ordered the four cheese fettuccini, both were spectacular. The sauce on mine was light and buttery with a hint of walnuts, and paired with the Cabernet Sauvignon which was nice and dry, it was a perfect meal to savor. His fettuccini was also delicious. The owner, a lovely Italian lady who makes all the pastas by hand, was very warm and friendly and genuinely thrilled to hear we loved the food. We love this place and hope to come back for the lasagna!
