This was a delightful experience! We stayed in San Cristobal 4 days and we ended up coming back every day either for breakfast or dinner.
Ricardo and Carmen, the owners, were absolutely wonderful. In more than one occasion they made a fresh "less spicy salsa" for my friend's enchiladas. We literally saw the organic vegetables arrived at the restaurant to prepare our meal.
I would recommend this restaurant to any connoisseu pallet. You will love the experience! I guarantee it.
