“Best Coffee in San Cristobal”
Reviewed February 20, 2014

This place has amazing coffee! The best I had in all of central america, and I really make sure I seek out the decent coffee places. The food as well is fantastic. All of the egg dishes are amazing, but their omelettes, the salad in the parmesan crisp and the chicken panino are absolute standouts.

We came to this place 3 times in 4 days because I guarantee you won't find a better cafe. With meals priced between 40-60 for breakfast, it's good value as well. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

“Best Coffee!”
Reviewed February 2, 2014

You cannot go to San Cristobal and not have a coffee from Carajillo. There's a restaurant and a coffee only place in the mall. I preferred the coffee at the latter.
To me Teo is their top barista. He enjoys making his coffee and if you speak Spanish you can ask him about everything and anything to do with coffee.
If they sold sweets from 'Oh La La French Bakery', this is the closest human kind would get to heaven on earth. No joke!
Highly recommended.

“Nice deco and simple but delicious food”
Reviewed January 10, 2014

For about 5 USD per person, we had the best breakfast in San Cristobal. There was nothing too fancy in the menu, but both dishes we tried were great and with good portion. I really liked the deco also. If only it were not so cold in the morning with this cafe having open concept...

“For coffee aficionados.”
Reviewed December 25, 2013 via mobile

Think there are a couple of "carajillo" cafés in SCdLC - this review refers to the "slow coffee" one. Had a 5 bean blend (all locally grown) siphon (made at our table) - awesome. Spacious and stylish. Highly recommended.
