This restaurant is totally over rated. The decor is bland. The service is intense but not particularly 5 star. The for is nice but ordinary. There was nothing on the menu that really made me go "wow". The descriptions of the food are pretentious and out dated. People giving this place 5 star reviews must be living off the idea that money = class.

Modern, casual restaurant with great service (in several languages). Super varied menu worthy of cool, fine restaurants in New York City. Very fine, concise wine list with wines from all over the world.

We had the chef do the tasting menu - 5 savory courses, 2 sweet - but asked if the chef could do different menus so we could try even more dishes.

They complied, and every dish was high-quality, and each course surprisingly large portions for a tasting menu. The best course was probably the lobster with mole (which the chef wisely chose to serve to the both of us), but the hamachi tuna and the octopus also stand out in my mind.

We substituted one of the sweet courses for a cheese course and thank goodness we did - they have us our one sweet course, but on top of that, offered homemade marshmallows (green apple, white chocolate or strawberry), homemade fresh madeleines, and even sent us a chocolate cake with foam. Although neither my companion nor I are dessert eaters, we happily finished everything they sent us, it was all so good.

Absolutely worth a visit and you will not go away hungry.

Had dinner here last week, the five- vs the seven-course tasting menu, tailored to our tastes and interests. Food was spectacular. Try the fois gras ravioli with the black truffle sauce. Try the 18-hour short rib of beef with turnip and mashed potato. And so on. Each course with fine wines selected and introduced by the delightful sommelier. Great service. Chic, low key, quiet. The tasting menu with wines per course was very (very) expensive, but worth it. An appetizer/entree evening would more in line with other high level places, and worth it.

I have lived here for 15 years and can finally say I found the best restaurant in Mexico City.

The decor is casually sophisticated, the service impeccable, the mere quality of the food is absolutely the best I have experienced and you get what you pay for. I am going to be a regular!
