Imagine you enter a four floors old book store with an atrium in the middle with a chic ambient and nice / cultivated atmosphere, but inviting and informal. You feel like you are feeding not your body but your spirit. You can take a look to the books or magazines around you in the menatime you are pampered with an excellent cofffe, a great pastry or a light snack. You hear some quiet jass shows often in the upper floor, while you enjoy a cocktail.

Book n Breakfast. At "El Pendulo" you can have the best juice of your day, with the delicious "huevos divorciados". Take it easy on the sauces... You don´t want to ruin the rest of your day. Enjoy La Condesa.

The best thing here is the menu - you get anything form a poet's omelet to a novelist's sandwich. Flavors are good and full of mexican traditional ingredients.

Had a lovely soup here for lunch of a few occasions and very much enjoyed it. The service may not be the quickest in town (read: they keep on forgetting about people :-)), but sitting out on the terrace there was plenty of people-watching to do thus didn't mind. Not sure how it is at dinnertime, but can recommend for a spot of lunch

My wife and I go all the time to both the Roma and Condesa locations ... (the Roma and Zona Rosa locations have a nice bar/live show area on the 3rd floor/2nd floor respectively unlike the other locations).

The concept is cool and the designs of the locations are always very interesting and comfortable and different (each location is designed differently).

The breakfast is pretty decent but the food on the dinner and lunch menus never really inspires me much. Pricing is just.
