Modern hotel in nice area of town. Rooms are decent, comfortable beds . Internet connections are a bit dodgy and have to pay per day. Gym is pretty good but first time I have ever been to a hotel gym where they dont have water cooler???? No swimming pool. Food is pretty good in both downstairs cafe and in the top floor Japanese restaurant.

First of all, let me start by saying not all hotel staff speak English.
Not a big deal if you can scratch some words in Spanish.

Secondly, if you ever need internet connection for serious business matters, go elsewhere.
Seriously, the thing keeps asking for room authentication from time to time, dropping your VPN/VoIP services.

Business details aside, the hotel is good.
Only wished it has at least LCD in order to connect my gadgets and use a proper resolution.

Recently, a group of my company went to a convention. We choose this hotel because has the cheapest fare around. Service is average, but they have issues with the keys. Not only they fail but, security visit one of my partners and order to present their ID inside their room just for "Security purposes" and exactly for the same reason, the information on the card was erased.
Restaurants are ok. Location is excellent, but the facility is not so clean and bad mantained.

Room Tip: Not close to the corners or elevators

I recently stayed here for three weeks...
Pros:
The staff were very helpful and friendly
buffet breakfast - great food and service
Safe surroundings
Several nice restaurants - walking distance
Several convenience store - walking distance
Nice gym, but they only have three threadmils
The rooms are very large and spacious and that bathrooms are large too
Nice view from the room
Close to the Santa Fe mall
ATM available at the hotel

Cons:
Internet connection not too fast
Taxis from the hotel really expensive
Is far away from the historical centre, about 20 minutes or more due to the traffic and constructions.

Room Tip: I was on the 11th floor and never had a problem.

You must pay about 100 dolars per week to use internet and conection is low and there isn't good signal. Additionally, during the week and weekend they rent their ballrooms to parties which goes until the morning with high noise, people walking and speaking near the rooms. This hotel is not a good choice if you are in México for business.
Note: The breakfast is not included and you must pay more than U$20.00 per day.

excellent hotel (mostly business-oriented) in a bustling business district of Mexico City. The rooms are really big, the staff is pleasant and there is a nice bar on the roof with some great nightly views.

And last - the apples at the reception were excellent, I really loved them :)

I was there last in 2009

I hadn't been here for a couple of years, but it was nice to be back. Spacious rooms and a great breakfast were the same as before, and the staff were very attentive in our conference room. The hotel has some character, too: after lots of nights in the big chains I really felt the difference here. What was different was the development of the area around - there are now many more restaurants, cafes and small corner stores, so it's very easy to escape the hotel. My only grouse: the waiters at breakfast do nothing more than bring you the bill - everything else is self-service - but they still expect a tip. And they weren't even that good at bringing the bill - 2 days in four I had to go ask them! Nevertheless, a very nice place.
