Very good hotel. Very clean (seems to be newly refurbished), nice welcome and a very good situation. Room correspond to the photos on hotel's website!
I undoubtedly advise it for those who want to visit mexico city!!!

Room Tip: I stayed in the room 406. but all the rooms seem to be identical.

We stayed three nights here and were very pleased. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a room that faced the courtyard, and it was clean and modern. The hotel is very close to the monumento a la revolucion, making it a convenient location. It was easy to walk down the street and get a taxi. Also since it is a central location, the taxi rides were pretty cheap . The only reason I'm not giving this hotel an "excellent" rating is due to the iffy wifi and the very thin walls. You could easily hear people talking in the hallway, and one morning we were awoken by our neighbors "getting it on". However, I wouldn't consider those things deal breakers. Due to the service, quality, price, and location of this hotel we will definitely stay here again during our next visit to DF!

I want to commend front desk staff Ivan, who arranged us cheap airport transfers on two occasions, so that we did not get ripped off by shady taxi drivers. He was friendly, spoke good English, and was helpful and went out of his way to help us.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with individual air-conditioning. Some rooms have common aircon which you cannot cont...

Arrived late after 3 flights and 26h travel so very pleased to find a clean quiet (albeit thin walls) room. Free wifi is a bonus and it's well situated for exploring. Friendly staff who coped admirably with my crude attempts at their language. Great breakfast too if you want Mexican rather than fruit & cereal.
Very good value.

Great sub-$77 dlls/night choice, centrally located steps from Reforma, Alameda and Revolution monument.
Rooms were clean, recently renovated and quiet. Linen and beds were comfortable Bathrooms comfortably large with walk in shower and glass door. Staff was attentive.
Did not mind the lack of AC as Mexico City is cool during the night.
I would stay here again

This was my home for 7 nights on a visit to Mexico city.It was comfortable and conveniently located but didnt have air-conditioning surprisingly. It was close to many local restaurants and seemed to have federal police on every corner making it seem safer

I just checked in after booking the king room with sofa bed for 2adults and 2 children.
Upon check in, I realised to my horror that the room is non airconditioned! It might be march now, but the day temperature reaches 30celsius! The evening is cool, not even cold. They only have sliding panels to block out windows so opening the windows but closing the panels equate to a stuffy room.
I requested to change room but found out that this room type does not come in air conditioning! To have 4 persons in a big room in high temperatures is totally unacceptable. I requested to change room and there was no connecting room so all 4 of us has to squeeze into a king room so 1 adult had to sacrifice and sleep on the floor as the hotel does not provide extra bed matresses.
More cons... this hotel is on a small quiet one way street so many taxi drivers do not come by so it is very difficult to get a taxi from the main door. In addition, many taxi drivers do not know this hotel at all so we spent extra money paying for drivera who were lost.
The cons- this is indeed a very beautiful and nicely decorated hotel. There is a warm and cosy feel to this hotel that I absolutely love. It definitely beats the many hotels I see by the main streets.
There is a convenience store just at the start of the one way street so it is very convenient to get drinking water or supplies from there without walking too far.
My conclusion-when booking, make sure you request for an airconditioned room and your stay will be absolutely perfect.
