“New hotel--a bridge to the International Terminal”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

This Courtyard was opened April, 2012 and everything is pristine. The convenience to get to the airport over an air bridge is unbeatable. The staff were very friendly and I treated myself to room service for breakfast and it was hot and delicious. You can't go wrong with this airport hotel.

Room Tip: The rooms on the inner court are very quiet.

We book this hotel at the end of our trip in Mexico City after reading the reviews. We did it because we had a flight early in the morning and we did'nt want to be blocked in a trafic jam.

Bad decision.

It is true, the hotel is brand new and the room was very clean. The reception send us in a room on the first floor, close of the elevators. All the night it was impossible to sleep because ot the noise.

We had noise from the elevators, but we can hear the doors banging or footsteps on the floor. The bathroom had no bath but a splendid (and spotless, I have to admit, shower). Unfortunately, in the bathroom you can follow conversations from others rooms !

In short - never again

Room Tip: Maybe a room on the last floor, far away of the elevators

We arrived in the evening of December 12th and were met with a very kind, considerate and outgoing staff. We choose this hotel because of its location at the Mexico City Airport. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from where we left customs/immigration and had obtained our luggage. We had a King Suite and although I had expected some privacy between the bedroom and the living quarters, the room was spacious. We requested extra bedding for our children which was delivered in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone flying in or out of the airport.

We are from Canada and had excellent service. Staff spoke excellent English and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

This is a very expensive hotel, nice but not good if you are traveling from outside Mexico; they don't understand costumer service.
This hotel doesn't manage your credit card properly, I had to provide it several times and at the end they made incorrect charges to my card, after the trip so I had to spend time with endless phone calls, emails and faxes.

If you're departing on an early flight out of MEX you might consider staying at this Courtyard property. It's a skybridge away from Terminal 1 (all airlines but Aeromexico and Delta) and a train ride away from Terminal 2 (AM and DL). The check-in staff are very pleasant and the rooms brand-spanking new and very comfortable. Had dinner in their restaurant and it was excellent...as were the bar and dining staff.

Room Tip: All rooms appear about the same...some looking out onto the neighborhood (you don't want to go o...

It took me less than 5 minutes walking from the terminal 1 (international arrivals) to the lobby of the hotel. I collected my bags passed customs, took the escalator to the second floor, crossed the bridge and bang, I was checking in at the hotel.
The Courtyard Mexico City Airport is not a full service hotel but It seems it is. It has 24 hours room service, gym, valet parking, travelers lounge, complementary wi fi, business center, restaurant, bar, bell service, conference rooms.
The hotel is an oasis in the crowed airport but and the proximity with it has manny advantages. At the reach of your arm you have banks, restaurants, buses, taxis, the subway, pharmacies, convenience stores all day round.
The hotel feels very safe because there is security staff 24 hours at lobby of the hotel and the access to guest rooms area is only using guest keys. Also, the security staff is patrolling the hotel's grounds consistently. My daughter left her door open by accident and soon they were contacting to make sure everything was all right.
The staff is very courteous and customer service oriented. They just need to take a little more ownership by keeping the lobby tidy and the coffee area clean.

Room Tip: The rooms facing the Sky Garden have a better view.

This hotel is literally connected to the airport. I booked this hotel for a layover and was pleasantly impressed. Nice clean rooms and the food service wasn't half bad! It was pretty good and I wasn't expecting that. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. There's also a sky bridge that connects the hotel to the airport which was convenient however, I didn't get to go there since it was a different terminal. Great experience!
