Wonderful view of the park and local area. The murals of the Heros Ninos are stunning. It is a grand building brimming with artifacts and history.

The site itself is not actually 2 stars but if you can't read spanish then it is. There are no signs here in english so you won't know what you are looking at it. I also didn't have a guide book so I really didn't know what I was looking at. So either come here with a english-speaking guide or book, or don't come at all. The admission like all museums is 59pesos. If you are a student and come on a Sunday it is free admission.

The building itself is quite pretty with some nice panorama views of the city and really well preserved items. It gives you a glimpse into the opulent lifestyle of whoever lived there. But as I mentioned, you need a guide to know what you're looking at. This place can be done in an hour but is a bit out of the way and is a 15 minute walk up hill, so if you've got more pressing things then I wouldn't recommend a special trip just to see this place.

There are indeed some nice views of the city and Chapultepec Park from this castle; it is a good little walk up a hill but if you're physically disabled; there was a sort of mini-train available for fee-rides. The castle itself has all kinds of different things from the old eras; from weapons, to paintings, to furniture, to cars.
