Daniel, our driver, was very gracious and informative. The car arrived promptly to pick us up at the hotel. We had excellent seats in the venue for the performance of the Ballet Folkloric.

The guides were very, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The driving was safe. I felt very well taken care of. Puebla and Cholula are beautiful and interesting. All in all a fine tour. Thanks to the guides and the driver!

This experience was utterly astounding! We were picked up at the hotel and driven to the theater. We had incredible seats. And the performance!! I couldn’t believe what I was watching! The next time in Mex City, I would definitely see them again. Truly stunning. We were then met after the theater and driven back to our hotel. Spectacular evening - well worth the price.

Itinerary needs to be a lot clearer. We felt disadvantaged being non-Spanish speaking. Less than two hours to explore Puebla, of which the guide had limited knowledge…the itinerary reads 4hours. No lunch options given, with expectation to join a booked buffet meal.
No discussion with what the group were interested in and allowing those opportunities.

I am wondering, though, where did you saw that we offer a buffet meal? I went throughout our description and it do not say anything related to meals.
Nevertheless, I hope you can contact our Customer Service Department, we would like to give you a compensation for the inconviniences.
