The Hotel is located in a great and safe area of Mexico City and is within walking distance to the Historic district and a short Uber or Taxi ride to other significant sights like Chapultepec Castle and the Museum of Anthropology, both are highly recommend. And tours to Teotihuacan will pick up from this hotel and drop back off at the end of the day.More

Comfortable but terrible wifi and staff service
Nice room and location but whenever I asked for missing soap they kept me waiting for hours and the soap never arrived. Same when we asked for contact lense solution. If you can't deliver just say it!

Great Hotel
Very nice hotel. Great amenities and great service. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Restaurants have good food. Staff was very friendly and were very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend.

Great Place to stay when visiting Mexico City
This place has the best breakfast in town. The VIP Lounge offers great treats during the day with a happy hour. Very clean and comfortable. The customer service is first class all the time. The location is excellent, it's very close to many attractions. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfection
Fabulous say in Ciudad Mexico. Great location, never felt threatened. Hotel and neighborhood were spotless with lots of great restaurants, national sites, and convenience stores in close proximity. Hotel staff across the board was most accommodating. Definitely buy the daily breakfast, best ever! When I go back to this fabulous city I will stay at Barcelo again.

Excelent hotel, the staff very helpful and kindness, I just make a suggestion you need more variety on food like more Mexican food, the breakfast buffet was really really good, overall everything is good, highly recommended..
