We normally stay with family and this time we decided to try a hotel. We chose Krystal because of its location. At first it was a disappointment because we did not get the rooms we had asked and payed in advance for. One of the bell boys (Raul) assisted us and asured us that he would resolve the situation. The next day Raul with the help of Susana gave us the rooms we had asked for during booking. It's very comforting to know people like that . The breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT, to say the least. We got to know some great people during breakfast and we looked forward the next day just to see them again (Rosa and Issac). We look forward to visiting Mexico City in 2/2017 and definitely will at Krystal Grand Reforma Uno. Thank you. More

Perfect location, good 4.5 star hotel
Great location on the Reforma. Near the Centro Historico and Zocalo.

Friendly staff (especially the concierges), super quick check in, when compared to most hotels in this region (we checked in at 3am.....!).

Plus points: Spacious rooms with old style furniture (not necessarily a good thing). Big, comfy beds, clean rooms and spacious, sparkling bathrooms. Nice.

Minus points: No fridge, really tight with their coffee and no sugar or milk (no milk powder)! One packet per visit !!! Limited water - one bottle per visit.... Sounds stupid but if you need to clean your teeth and use clean water for coffee. Not good enough !

Didn't visit spa, gym or pool. So, can't comment.

Really nice hotel, needing some room updates, in a great location.

It's a 4 star, not more.

Recommended for position if the price is right.

Great location and Warm service
Enjoyed the Reforma district and this hotel is very close to many DF must sees! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff were very nice. Sunday was really great with Reforma being closed to traffic

Excellent Service
Let me begin with the service! When I first arrived everyone was quick to help me with my bags. Special shoutout to Javier, the bell boy, who was professional and happy to help with everything. He gave me a rundown of everything I could use (gym, pool, buffet, etc.) with times. Likewise, when eating in the buffet, everyone was quick to pick up our plates and made us feel welcome. Definitely recommend! The location is 15 - 20 minutes from the Zocalo and less than 5 minutes from Monumento a la revolución - which looks absolutely breathtaking at night.

Great location, really nice hotel!
The location is in the Reforma neighborhood of Mexico City, so it's very centralized which makes it easy to get to the many local attractions in Mexico. The area is safe and people can be seen walking to the nearby Palacio de Bellas Artes, all the way to the Zocalo. My family felt safe at the hotel and the staff (cleaning, transportation, restaurant) was reliable and trustworthy. The rooms were clean. The drivers were courteous and drove safely. The only reason I gave a four star is because check-in took, what I thought, more than it should have. I kept asking if there was a problem and the young lady kept telling me no, but at the same time kept making phone calls to what I could only guess were managers. She walked to the back office a few times, kept looking things up on the computer, and so forth. Check-in probably took about 30 minutes, when it probably shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. But other than that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, good accomodations
I was travelling with my 5 y/o and I was very pleased with the check in, it was quick and efficient. Lots of staff to help you even if you check in late night like I did. Bed is really comfortable and the room super clean. Took a while to get hot water but this is understandable in Mexico.
Very well situated near the Zocalo district and perfect for those travelling on business. I would stay here again in the future.
