In my humble opinion the best room setting in Mexico City. Perfect illumination, decoration, top quality bed and bed linings, shower, etc, etc. Hotel does not have many amenities but perfect for business if you want to spend a comfy night. And in a great location!

Very pleased to receive a free upgrade on arrival and stayed 4 nights for price of 3 deal. Very attentive staff and lovely quiet room. View across the city spoilt by dirty windows (inside sealed double glazing) but kept out majority of street noise. Bed huge and comfortable but light control system slow and annoying. Bathroom very nice with fantastic shower but you have to get room service to come up and turn on the hydra bath for some reason - couldn’t be bothered. Last day before checkout minibar not restocked and dirty glasses left which was poor service — sure if I’d complained they would have sorted but late in the evening.

Room Tip: The road is very busy at night and until about 5am so higher floor the better

Dear "JonPearson",

I really appreciate your feedback in Trip Advisor.

I am glad you appreciate your complimentary upgrade and interactions with our team.

I already took the needed measures to see what happened with the mini-bar service during the last evening of your stay... I apologize on behalf of all my team for the inconvenience. Per Standard, mini-bar is refilled with clean glasses once a day in every room and our Housekeeping department always make sure to leave clean glasses at the night turn down.

Regarding the bathtub, the jacuzzi engine can make noise, and after a certain time it can disturb our other guests, for that reason we do have a limited hours window for its use (from 09h00 am to 09h00 pm) and only our butler can activate it for you.
However, after 09h00 pm, we do offer complimentary bath salts for you to enjoy a pleasant bath experience!

Again thank you for your very kind review, I look forward to welcoming you again at Las Alcobas, a Luxury Collection Hotel Mexico City.

Sincerely,

Michael Chiche

All has been said in many of the reviews. Simply outstanding accommodating hospitality without intrusion. Gentle and nice, adaptive to guests always.

I loved the BOSE system in the room, perfect to have your own music playing. One thing to improve is loudspeaker in the bathroom, poor sound, change it.

Read many reviews they say the beds are too soft. Totally agree, good to know you can get it changed. Suggest you mention this at check in or when u show the room facilities.

Simply pamper yourselves to top notch hospitals, book here.

Very friendly hotel staff. Umbrellas at the ready when a drop of rain appears. The electronic controls for the lighting curtains etc required a bit of learning but were very sophisticated. The classy hotel restaurant, duodenum patriarch, is an experience all to itself. The dessert served on dry ice was particularly impressive. We did full day tours so we weren't in the hotel during the day but it was a nice place to get back to. Loads of restaurants within easy walking distance. The security situation is helped by the proximity to lots of embassies and the presidents residence. Police and private security guards everywhere. A very nice part of Mexico city, close to the airport and an excellent hotel.
