I stayed at Las Alcobas with my girlfriend during our visit to Mexico City. The hotel is outstanding.
When we were introduced and taken to the room, we could not believe all the services and details the hotel had prepared for us. Amazing amenities, incredible service personnel, wonderful and high tech room, complete information about the city and our tours available on daily basis. I felt like as if I was an arab sheik! Location was unbeatable also, placed in Polanco neighborhood, we were able to walk securely through beautiful streets until late in the evening.

Great welcoming staff, excellent service. Good, well kept spacious rooms with very comfortable bathrooms. Great central location, near good restaurants. You cannot ask for anything more. We highly recommend this property. Just avoid the uptight and snobbish hotel restaurant Mi Dulce Patria and you will be fine!

Room Tip: We recommend the rooms on the top floors.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your feedback. I`m sorry to hear you had a bad experience in Dulce Patria. If there is anything I can do for you please let me know.
I take this opportunity that we are proud to anounce our next oppening of a new restaurant: Anatol that I am sure you will enjoy!

We look forward to welcoming you again at Las Alcobas in the near future hoping you consider us as your “home away from home” when you are traveling to Mexico City.

Hospitality is foremost at Las Alcobas. The manager is on site and the staff is gracious in all they do for customers. The hotel rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast room offers an excellent menu as does Dulce Patria. You can easily walk to a variety of fine restaurants and shops.

Suggestions: 1. Create a small business center with computers and printer. 2. Open the breakfast room for lunch and even a light dinner. When I was tired from touring, I would have appreciated the ease of eating in a hotel setting other than my room.

Loved this hotel! Every staff member was helpful and spoke perfect English. We arranged car service by email, worked out perfect. All restaurants recommended were spot on. We took a suite which had pleasant decor, with two bathrooms, dining area and separate living area with two flat screens.
Hotel is on Main Street. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the safest area of Mexico City.
Gym is small but good enough if you use an elliptical machine, treadmill & free weights.
Staff was amazing cannot say enough great things about them.
We will be back.

Room Tip: Hotel was booked so get your room in advanced only 35 rooms.

Unbeatable location in Polanco, surrounded by stores, restaurants and bars. Very good service and beautiful, modern, sleek rooms. Gym is small but nice. Good noise isolation. Attentive and knowledgeable concierge. No meeting rooms and a very small and non-private lobby.
