We stayed two nights and everyone is helpful and friendly, the view was nice, the pool nice and warm, it is a beautiful building and is the perfect spot to visit downtown.
The room and the bed very comfortable and clean.
We enjoyed our stay.

I book a stay of 3 nights at this hotel in September. Wonderful location in DF. Nice and big rooms. Good wifi connexion. The most and nicest and biggest gym I stayed ever. I'm a bodybuilding enthusiast and their gym is one of the biggest and nicest, with a nice spa area. Their front desk are available and they booked for me any taxis or other requests.

good location, nice, well decorated and large room, not expensive either
I booked two rooms through Expedia UK, which were much cheaper compared to the price we saw on their Mexican website

there is a market outside the hotel, where you can buy some local stuff.

Stayed here on business for a few nights. The restaurant downstairs is AMAZING we had ant eggs roasted with agave flowers as an appetizer and wonderful tongue tacos. My room had a view of the Palace of Fine Arts which houses incredible murals. The staff was friendly and responsive--give it a try!

Room Tip: Ask for a view of Bellas Artes

I was in this hotel for new years break, let me tell you this hotel is a very good choice! we got a greta rate for a excutive floor (totally worth the extra $$) we checked in at the 26 floor, the views of the lounge are beautiful, the service in outstanding from the recpetion desk to the waiters and hostess, they serve you drinks, and hot appetizers from 6pm to 8pm (cheeses, small sandwiches, hot food!)
this is the way to go!!
the rooms:
the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are GREAT! the bathrooms are big and clean, great shower with bathtub and good water pressure.

the pool and spa is great, they have a indoor hot water pool, great for a swim after a long day... the gym was very good as well.

i didn't try the cardenal restaurant, but looks like is a very popular one, very long lines on the weekend...

the location of this hotel is great, the alemeda park (kust in front of the hotel) is very pretty, you will be walking distance to el Zocalo, bellas artes and benito juarez momument... is very safe to walk at nigth, lots of people walking and lots of police around, so you will feel safe all the time
this hotel is great for families, and for people looking to be close to museums and to be en the heart of centro historico Mexico city
the hotel is a great place to stay, great rooms, great service and location! you can't go wrong if you booked this hotel!

Room Tip: get the excutive floor rooms is the only way to go!!
