We stayed in a very spacious room. Location is great, very close to Roma-Condesa bars and restaurants and to main Reforma Avenue. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and rates were a great deal in terms of getting some good value for what you are paying. Highly recommended, I am sending my mom here next time, now that she wants to visit CDMX too

I loved it! Found this hotel on trip advisor. The reviews were excellent so thought I'd try it. It was worth it. Extremely clean! Such friendly and polite staff!
Please ignore what some have written about the food. Excellent food. Breakfast lunch and dinner all tasty!
Please ignore what some have said about being hard to find. These people are idiots. The door is right there big and blue. Can't miss it. Even in the dark.
Staff will book your tours you want and the company they use is excellent and 200 pesos cheaper than I found online myself. The garden area is relaxing and clean and you can sit and read or eat. Just beautiful.
The whole city is noisy. There are more than 22 million people. Our room faced the street. It was fine. Please expect noise. With the window closed it's fine. They have an excellent ceiling fan that kept the room cool.
You will not be disappointed if you book. It's locally owned and operated which is a plus also!! Thank you Jorge for a magical stay!

Nice place to stay!!!! This is my forth time in this place and -maybe-still will recommend it. Three important things to improve: 1) Room 120 and surroundings, the internet does not work at all. Is is annoying that you have to go outside the room just to look for a restaurant. 2) The channels at the TV. Just five and the worst!!! If you want to spend some time relaxing or watching TV, theres nothing!! 3) At the front desk, you cannot print your boarding pass. The reasons they give you are just unacceptable. Something related with your personal information....just excuses, no real reasons.
Please, pay attention to this little but important details. The quality of your service is -sometimes- based in little details that can change the mind of a host looking for a future stay or if need to do a recommendation for a good place to stay in Ciudad de Mexico.

Room tip: Room 102 is good. The internet works!!

Big rooms (we were two adults and two children and had a kind of mini apartment), nice furniture, nice courtyard, good value for the price. The location is quite central and in a nice and calm part of the city. Very professional and kind personnel

A short walk to Paseo de La Reforma, great location when touring Mexico City. A friend introduced me to this family owned (for decades) hotel, that feels like a hacienda, with patios, flower gardens, a little fountain, terraces, privacy. My family and I have stayed in various rooms, in the past couple of years, each one cozy and charming, just right for each occasion to visit this exciting world capital city. We usually meet very interesting guests in the dining room, from Australia, Europe and the Americas. This warm, welcoming hotel is an international crossroads and a charming change from big chain hotels. I will be back again soon.

Room tip: Staff will match your request to a lovely room for you, just ask, say what will make you happy !

Thank you for taking the time to share such a kind review. We are always delighted to have you back with us!

The main house was built by my grandfather in 1920, and it started as a guest house in 1930, so it’s almost a century old operated by the same family.
