The rooms are very nice and if you are in the upper floors looking inside very quiet too. They are modern and spacious. The personnel is very friendly.
But there are a lot of problems. The air conditioned in the room is pointed where is the desk and not the bed , so it is hot all night. You need to ask for a fan to redirect the air. Water is a very big problem. We do not have hot water a couple of days, and not even water at all for a certain day. The lift do not works properly, so you have to walk upstairs up to six floors. The parking is terrible, is always full, difficult and very limited. To pick you up from the entrance is a problem too.
If the solve this problems they will have a good hotel. In the meantime I will use some other alternatives.

Rooms are big and clean, wifi is stable and fast, the service is at its best. I've been sick during my stay, but the whole crew was here to help.
The gym is ridiculously small, but it exists, and the view from there is cool.
If you work at the WTC, it's 2mn far from it. Very convenient !

Visited Mexico City to enjoy culture with a friend
This boutique hotel was in a great and safe location next to the World Trade Center

The room size were suite sized and clean

Just some advice ....
If you don't speak any Spanish they will try to charge you more from taxi's to tipping

Traditional tipping is only 10 percent in your dining and drinking bill and I personally would use only Uber for transportation
The taxi seem to very on cost based on your nationality.

My wife and I have attended an Industry Conference at the Pepsi World Trade Center of Mexico City the other week - had a FORTUNE and a PRIVILEGE to spend a week at this MOST charming boutique Hotel Isaaya - literally across the street from the Convention Center.
Not enough space here on TripAdvisor to describe the immense warmth of the people at the Isaaya Hotel, nor the utmost luxury of the accommodation...
EVERYTHING is *SIX* stars out of FIVE !!!!!!!
Especially would like to recognize the ENTIRE Isaaya Team & namely:
Stephany, Daniel, Ivan, Pedro, Areli, Juan Carlos, Israel Mejia, Angeles & Angeles, Ivan, Jonathan, Julieta+Julia, Rafaela...
Have we forgotten anybody ?!?!?!
THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MUCHAS GRACIAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
