Average rooms and fairly expensive for the quality. The restaurant service was sloooooow and the food quality was poor. Your paying for the location, which if you need a place to stay at the airport it's the only game in town...

For visitors with international flights is an excellent hotel, located just next to the international terminal. It saves a lot of time staying there having a transfer flight.
I have just been there and the service was great, personalized, they helped me to do my international flight check in on line, avoiding me big lines and saving my valuable time.
There are some more hotel choices at the airport, but they are not kind at all and for me THAT is what makes the BIG difference.
The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable, in my opinion the restaurant, the executive room and the waiting area should be renewed. Mrs Weiss.

Located withion the international arrivals terminal at Mexico City this hotel provides basic services and in my view does not live up to the Hilton name.

Unless you have a very late arrival or a very early departure there are plenty of alternatives and even then there are hotels within walking distance that are better. The rooms are stark, and minimally furnshed although they do contain mini bars. My first room was bothered by someone hammering (maybe in the terminal) and I moved rooms. All rooms are subject to corridor noise with at least 0.75" gaps under the doors and as the doors have no return dampner they are subject to a hefty slam.

I came down for breakfast and found that there was no black tea available - got a long story about how they had some customers drink it all - what a concept - customers that consume drinks. Spread other than that was decent but well picked over by the time I got down.

Check in/out desk was friendly enough but for the price the roomwas just poor, noisy, small bathroom and for the money I could take a 15 minute cab ride and stay in the xity at a much nicer place.

The Hilton Mexico City Airport Hitlon is the only hotel located directly in Terminal One of the Benito Juarez International Airport. If you are arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning, it can be a good option. The hotel itself is located near the main food court with a direct elevator to the hotel lobby.

The hotel itself is old and the rooms feel a bit shabby. They are gradually updating the rooms and the quality is generally improving. However, it does not compare well to hotels in the city at this price range (Mexico City has some very nice hotels!). However the rooms are clean and everything works. The internet is better than average for Mexico City, in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The food is not particularly good. Personally, I just go down in the elevator to the food level which has a large variety of fast food and sit down restaurants, plus a variety of stores.

I have probably stayed here around twenty times and will continue to stay here as necessary.

Please note that this hotel is in Terminal One. If you are taking a flight from Terminal Two (mostly AeroMexico and other Sky Team carriers), you will need a ticket or boarding pass to take the train between the two terminals and the guards are strict about not letting people without proper tickets. Otherwise, there is a bus (around ten pesos) or a taxi. The same is true is you arriving in Terminal Two and need to go to the hotel.

I have found that there are some excellent hotels in Mexico, often better than those in the US. Not so with this Hilton. The hallway leading to my room smelled bad. I got in the room and it was old and worn. The mattress was sagging and the pillows smelled bad. Maybe they don't care because they are literally inside the airport terminal and you can't get any more convenient than that. You could leave your luggage in your room and go down to the ticket counter to check in. Nice staff and decent restaurant.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location inside of the airport. Very convenient for early morning flights especially. The staff were generally pleasant and helpful but other than the location and staff, this really is a motel 6 or the like quality hotel/motel. The rooms are in desperate need of a makeover - cigarette burns on the carpet, marked and chipped paint throughout, very poor lighting, old bathrooms with cracked and dirty tiles and mould in the grouting of the tub/shower. cheap and battered furniture (other than bed), towels were like sandpaper and sound proofing from hall and other rooms was not very good. The mattresses and bedding looked like they had been recently replaced and were fairly comfortable. Worst of all was the smell. Mexico City can often smell bad but generally it is fairly mild, you get used to it and don't notice after a while (like in Venice). In this case, it smelled like there was an open sewage plant beside the hotel. If you had the air conditioning going full blast and the rooms consequently an icebox, the filtering seemed to block most of the smell. but we had to shut off the air conditioning because it was below 60 degrees in our room and our daughters were freezing. the smell was so bad it made me gag and woke me up throughout the night. Between the smell and disgusting state of the room, I hardly slept and was more than happy to leave at 5 am. This was definitely the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in (at any brand level). Unless you are desperate, I would recommend you stay somewhere else until they overhaul the hotel. Hilton guests expect more and the hard working staff at the hotel deserve better.
