The art was interesting but it would have been more helpful to have a tour guide. The gift shop was overpriced. The museum was crowded and the fee was quite expensive for what you got out of it. Waste of time, waste of money, not much to see, rubbish!

You will not find her painting there. It is the only place to learn about her life, her space in this world and her as a person. Do not expect to see many of her masterpieces, but her personal items and traces of her lifestyle is what you will find. Worth a visit. Probably a good idea to go there by taxy and not to take the turibus as it takes a very long time on the bus and it is the only stop that is worth on the green southern route.

A must see. Learn about Frieda's life in addition to seeing some of her art. The garden is wonderful and the personal items give a more rounded idea of who she was and how she lived.

A great place to visit, even if you're not the biggest fan of Kahlo's art (I came away wishing I could move in!). Provides a fascinating glimpse into the artist's turbulent existence. Worth taking time to wander around leafy Coyocan afterwards too.

This was most certainly a window into Frida's world. There were not that many of her drawings or paintings on exhibit but what was really important was getting a chance to see her personal space. The exterior garden is wonderful and I was quite charmed by the entire place.
