I have stayed many times over the years in this large hotel that used to be the Nikko. Hyatt has made a smoothe transition and continues to operate it with the same level of hospitality and service that one should expect of a large hotel in Mexico City. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. There is a good breakfast buffet in the main restaurant, but there is a small coffee shop in the lobby, as well, that sells excellent lattes and cappucinos and pastries for a quicker lighter breakfast. The gym on the third floor has a good number of top quality workout machines and a small lap pool. Lobby Bar is a great meeting place. Most importantly, rooms are clean and spacious. Ask for a view of the city from one of the upper floors (above 10).
