Position is perfect (if you don't need parking) and standard is high (but absolutely not luxury).
Room is comfortable in size and equipment but furniture is cheap, old fashioned and also overused. The same impression by the paper upholstery on walls, moquette on floor (not for dust allergic people!), TV set and bathroom water taps.
Plenty of complimentary water bottles and coffee machine (producing an awful pseudo-American coffee: you better go for a tea cup).
Good wifi connection is a paid extra but the room lacks convenient AC power sockets.
