If you are doing business, stay here and it will be easy to get anyone to come to you. The grand, dimly lit lobby is buzzing with bankers and corporate deal makers. It is right on the main avenue of Reforma, close to shops, restaurants, the stock exchange where you can take a tour. Also walkable to the museum of anthropology but that is a multiday project to be taken on with the assistance of a guide.

the hotel misses personal touch.. i had superior room and it looks empty, it misses decoration... very good size, bad shower fixtures.. check in and check out service were very good..
the big disappointmemt is a restaurant, it is in a beautiful garden, very pleasant ambience.. buffet breakfast kills the atmosphere, makes the place a disaster... every morning i was waiting a lot to be seated and the service was not good, one day i have ordered a la cart and was very upset, poor quality, eggs looked like they were made some time ago..
good value for the price i paid but enjoyment were ecual.. plain..
location is perfect!
very strange solution in the room, bed was in front of the door, when you are lying on the bed you see the corridor and the door )

The Four Seasons truely pampers their clients. The rooms are well appointed and extremely comfortable. The Four Seasons is an oasis and retreat from business demands. The food is outstanding. The gym is well appointed with lengthy hours to get a workout in. The Spa offers
wonderful massages.

Room Tip: Go for the courtyard facing rooms.

While not really very Mexican, this is a great place to stay for comfort, style, and service. The food is excellent. Wish places like this would have free wifi.
Concierge arranged a great and very reasonably priced guide/driver for us to visit the Zocalo area, making our limited time in Mexico City as well-spent as possible.

This Four Seasons is generally up to the standard you expect from the chain globally. Service is superb, facilities are wonderful, fantastic restaurants. Glorious central courtyard.

Rooms feel a little old and worn, but very clean and comfortable

But........ there's an enormous new skyscraper being constructed next to the hotel, there is lots of noise - I'd expect it to be going on for the next couple of years.

There's great rates available at the weekends.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a courtyard room facing room.

Dear thevillamerida,

Appreciate your comments. We keep in constant communication with the construction in order to ensure that the levels of noise are within those legally permitted by the local authorities. It is important to mention that these are only temporary as the building is reaching the height that no further disturbing noises will be perceived. At we speak the building is being enclosed by its facade eliminating any noises generated from its interior.
As you can read by other reviewers these incidents are occasional and not the norm.

I have stayed here several times and it is a lovely peaceful oasis in the center of the chaos that is Mexico City!.... The inner courtyard is beautiful, the food in the restaurant is great, the staff is very attentive and very nice- always a taxi service available- just a really nice experience.... only problem is that right now and for a while- there is construction going on next to the hotel which makes it very noisy, really too bad for this great hotel...

Room Tip: ask for the rooms that look into the courtyard if you want a peaceful experience, the reforma view i...
