“An enchanting courtyard and a most welcoming staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

The courtyard was lively every evening, and a beautiful place to spend time. There were a few staff that recognized me on a daily basis and went out of their way to ensure my experience in the city was complete with fabulous sites and dining. They even went as far as helping me with my stuttering spanish speaking skills. I truly appreciated that they reached out.

the four seasons was located close to great historical and tourist locations like museums and parks. The staff was nice the hotel was clean and well kept.the fitness center was great they offered free fruit and drinks in the equipment was nice. The only issue I had was there was some construction of a new building next door that was running 24 hours a day so the gardens of the property were beautiful but a little noisy in the evening.

This is an excellent choice in Mexico City. Friendly staff and beautifully decorated. No downsides apart from the pretty steep prices. Would certainly recommend this place to others. There are more otels nearby but I think this is the best choice

My Husband and I traveled to Mexico City for Memorial Day weekend. We very much enjoyed our experience. As with any Four Seasons, the service was top notch. Our room overlooked the BEAUTIFUL court yard. We ate a couple of meals at the hotel restaurant, but if you can, I would highly recommend leaving the hotel to grab some authentic Mexican cuisine instead. Bon Appetit and Travel & Leisure just recenlty had articles on Mexico City, and my husband and I tried almost every restaurant and bar recommendation. I would definitley recommend this hotel to future Mexico City travelers.

Cons: Construction right next door. They charge for Wi-Fi (which seems silly)

Room Tip: Definitely ask to overlook the court yard.

Dear Pash1102,
You made the right choice coming to Mexico City and experience the city. Dining options here are amazing and if you love Mexican food, nowhere better.
And your comments on the hotel are very much appreciated. Precisely just returned from New York City where Travel and Leisure Readers awarded us as The Best City Hotel in all of Mexico. This is the result of the dedication of our staff.

I have stayed at the Four Seasons Mexico City about to times over the past couple of years. It is always a delight. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. The building is very safe and when you walk through the entry gates, you feel at home. In the mornings and evenings, the courtyard restaurant and bar is a welcoming spot which is beautiful. There are a couple cute boutiques in the courtyard as well. I've used the car service repeatedly and have been pleased with the vehicles and drivers. I've travelled around the world and this is one of my favorite hotels.

Room Tip: Ask for a courtyard view. The flaming torches in the evenings are beautiful.

Large, quiet rooms. Great service with a smile (including 4-hr laundry without extra charge.) better value than many other 5-star hotels. Decent gym. The only relative drawbacks are rooms could use a bit of modernization, and restaurant scene not as buzzing as say the InterCon.

Dear LamN,

Having lived in Singapore for four years (Managing The Regent Singapore Hotel and a great place to live!) I am pleased to have had a Singaporean staying with us. And I am glad you had a good stay with us and appreciate your comments. Yes, we are a property that for the reason that we have a central beautiful courtyard, we are known to be an oasis of peace and tranquility in a pretty hectic and noisy city.

We look forward to welcome you back again in the future.

Sincerely

What an amazing stay. From the c/i till the c/o it was the perfect FS experience. We arrived by taxi and got escorted through the beautiful Lobby to the Reception for c/i. Our room was ready and the bellman brought us up to the room. When we arrived HE did not like the size of the room, while we were 2 adults and 1 child, so he call the Reception in order to change the room within the same category but a bit more spacious. Meanwhile we went for Lunch. Sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard with fountains, bird catches and flowers, it was a an fantastic Lunch. The new room was ready after Lunch and we were ready for 4 days of Mexico City. We looked at the Spa and Pool facilities on the third floor. Unfortunately did we have not enough time to jump in the pool, but it looked refreshing and quiet. As well, if you should have problems with your pone, on the third floor you find as well the Business Center to check your mails and make any other kind of arrangements. We really tried everything during our 4 days at the hotel. Room Service, Reforma 500 and the Bar. None of them disappointed and it was hard not to eat every day at the hotel. Try the Brunch on Sundays. OMG. Beautiful settings, presentations and flavors. No need to eat anything for the rest of the day. It was really good. 3 options to choose from. The one with Mimosa, the one with unlimited Sparkling wine or, have a happy Sunday, the one with unlimited Champagne…it’s up to you. Breakfast in the Bar with Buffet or Breakfast in Reforma 500 with a la carte, or a la carte in the Bar, I guess you got it…everything is possible. In the evening the courtyard is beautiful lit with torches and fire in the fountain. A great place to have drinks prior you go for dinner, to one of the restaurants, recommended by the Concierge. Another amazing team. Every time we ask for a recommendation we came back and were so impressed. You tell what you prefer and they deliver 150%. Thank for being able to read guest minds. From the day we checked in, everybody knew us. Our little one and us. Whenever we passed, we were greeted with smile and by our name, not very easy for everybody, having a rather more complicated last name. Even when we asked to see some other room categories, we like to do that, to see what we can’t afford, it seemed that the Reception team was almost waiting for that question and without any hesitation we were showed other rooms. Thank to for that. All in all, there is really nothing we were not impressed with. The umbrellas, when we went for a walk, the help with our buggy, even the challenge with our luggage when we checked out. How to fit all pieces in the trunk of a taxi, the bell desk team really did it. Thank you Four Seasons Mexico City, what an amazing experience.
Don't get me wrong that I did not write anything about Kids for all Seasons but having vacation rather rare, I prefer having our child with us, rather than at Kids for all Seasons but it is a great option to spend some time without your children.

Room Tip: All the rooms we saw were big enough. We could not really hear a big difference between rooms facing...
