“Must-see in Mexico City”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Beautiful square in the heart of the city. Close to many museums, good restaurants, street vendors, and the Cathedral. The only drawback was that there was a protest so we couldn't really walk through the square and the Federal Building was shut down.

“The heart of Mexico”
Reviewed May 12, 2013

How can you be in Mexico City and not spend time just walking this historic center. It's one of the most fascinating city center anywhere for it's combination of history and modern life. Definitely have lunch or diner on one of the rooftop restaurants overlooking the plaza. Come during late afternoon or early evening for best show.

“The heart of Mexico City.”

This place is the heart of Mexico City. This is where you want to start from. So many things to see and do and lots of picture taking opportunities. Lots of security as well I never felt in danger.

“Heart of the City”
Reviewed March 15, 2013 via mobile

This is, in my opinion, the heart of Mexico City. I love to just walk around here and take it all in. I've read a lot about protests, but I've never actually seen one there, however I know they happen there. I would like to see some more green though, it would add some much needed color. A definite must-see, careful crossing the street.
