Hotel is very good located, comfortable and clean. Bed is a little to soft for my preferences and there is little furniture to store clothes.

I enjoyed being able to walk to most of Polanco, Condesa and Reforma. Also, took long, leisurely walks in Chapultepec Park. I got a small room, but with a great view of the Castillo; fortunately, my window did open wide. Ask for a top floor; you get better views and less noise.
Overall, enjoyed my five days stay.

overall, you get a good business hotel with the basics. room service until 22:30 only, so forget late dinner in the room. Mexicans normally eat dinner quite late, so this was quite strange... no beverages, even by machine after room service is out. no mini bar in the rooms.... - internet is acceptable fast enough, a bit outside most nice places in the area. very few TV stations in the TV. room size is quite good. Even thought it mentions Wyndham "Polanco", really it is located in Anzures, not in Polanco. I may go back strictly for business, but I am planning a new trip to Mexico with my wife, and certainly I will try something else and nicer. BTW, the view from the Terrace of the Castillo de Chapultepec, is absolutely great! Maybe the highlight of this place. Also, I did not have a/a for three days and the windows do not open....

Room Tip: do not take the number 3 (203, 303, 403) -

Dear guest:

-Thanks a lot for your comments, we also have room service from our restaurant until 22:00 hrs and you are right we do not have mini bar in all our rooms, if we have a new opportunity to serve you please let us know it in advance so we can give you a room with that service.we are working on that and will take us few more weeks to complete this change base oin your and somo other guest comments. Unfortunatelly we had an issue with the AC, took us a couple of days to solve the issue, again sorry for the inconvenience.

I really hope can give us a new opportunity to host you, we also just opened some new suites pretty close to the hotel where you also may have a kitchen and enjoy a differet area of the city with different flavor just two blocks away from the "Angel" at reforma Av.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you can.

Best Regards

Rosario
