Stayed at the St. Regis Mexico City for a week while there on business, and really have zero complaints. The hotel is impressive in all areas. Rooms are great.. love the rain shower and TV in mirror in the bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable, room was cleaned thoroughly each day. Service at the hotel all around is fantastic.. always offering to help and friendly. Had dinner at J&G Grill one night, was probably the best meal I had all week, either in or outside of the hotel! It was just that good. Also ate at the restaurant Diana, was very good as well. The King Cole Bar was a bit pricey, but drinks were good as well as the service. Really liked the area around the hotel, some good restaurants in the area and always felt safe. Overall just a top notch experience at the St. Regis!

Perfection. We chose this hotel for our first trip to the DF based on its location and it was our anniversary. Condesa, Polanco, Chapultepec Park, and Centro Historico are easily accessed from the hotel. Also, the red double-decker turibus has a stop nearby for tourists and it is very close to the American Embassy if you have any safety concerns. The service and room were fabulous to say the least. They brought us tasty little treats, fresh fruit, hot tea, coffee, and bottled water throughout our stay. We were staying at the St. Regis on the night of the Pemex explosion and decided to forgo our dinner plans in Polanco that evening and had dinner at the hotel restaurant, J&G Grill, and were very happy with our decision to stay in (try the sweet corn cake with mescal ice cream and caramel popcorn if they have it). We also felt very safe here as there are basically two lobbies you have to get through to get to the elevators and then you also have to swipe your room key to get on the elevator. They can arrange transportation to/from the airport as well as drivers around the city, which we used for certain parts of our trip. Additionally, we had an issue buying tickets to the Ballet Folkorico and making dinner reservations at one place, and we were very thankful that the hotel was able to take care of it for us. Keep cash on hand because you will probably be giving a lot of tips!

Room Tip: The one downside was there was a lot of traffic noise like any major city. The Diana statue and roundabout were right outside our room. Great view but an alarm was going off for hours somewhere across the street. Not much the hotel can do about that except sound proof the room better.

Stayed here for 4 nights on our first trip to Mexico City. Great central location to explore the city...just blocks from the metro. However, many of the high end restaurants are in Polanco, so our trip involved many cab rides to get to dinner. Beautiful modern room, with a large gym on the 15th floor with sweeping city views. Rain shower was probably the best I've ever experienced. Roger in the King Cole Bar was great...fantastic tequila tasting! Annoying that wifi isn't free. But we had complimentary access via Starwood Gold. Only had breakfast once in the hotel (not terribly impressive) so can't really comment on the restaurant. Overall, would absolutely stay here again next time in Mexico City!

I stayed at the St. Regis Mexico City for business last week and absolutely loved the property! Service was outstanding & included a butler who poors your hot coffee for you in the morning. We dined at J&G Grill for dinner and enjoyed a fantastic 7 course Chef's selection. The lobby bar and patio are a great place to unwind for happy hour and enjoy the reforma sites. The rooms are very spacious & views spectacular. My only complaint is the elevator system, you have to select your floor before you board the elevator & ensure you take the right one to your room. Overall this was a great oasis from our busy travel schedule & typical business hotel!
