Stayed for 4 nites and chose this hotel fir its location, was able to walk around Historico Central easily and always felt safe. The hotel itself is a 200 yr old restored building giving plenty of character. Our suite was spacious and had most amenities , although a little dark . Breakfast was average and the Hotel does not have its own Restaurant or Bar ( there is one either side tho )
Leave hotel, turn left and 3 blocks up in right is pedestrian street full of bars / restaurants where the locals go
Enjoy .

We arrived in the late evening at this hotel and the restaurant had already closed, the concierge promptly found a restaurant within walking distance. When he saw we were concerned about walking alone, he walked the 2 block with us to the restaurant. Staff is very nice and helpful, rooms very clean and at all times I felt safe. Breakfast was very good and had a different menu everyday. Hotel is in a very good location to visit all the points of interest.

I stayed at the Hsmpton in Historico Centro and my experience was extremely amazing. Truly five stars! The hotel was in the middle of the action and I loved it so much. I am coming back! Kudos to Hilton!

We had four nights here. The building is beautiful and service very good. Our room was very small and outside a stairwell and icebox so foot traffic all night noise was awful. Use the earplugs!
Location is fantastic and the two restaurants adjacent are very good. The only thing that was so disappointing was the breakfast buffet food was always cold no matter what time we ate and the coffee awful and always cold. I bought a coffee at the cafe beside the hotel and it was slightly warmer but awful! Best coffee was in Coyoacan!

In town for business, found this hotel nice, clean and quaint. Friendly and helpful staff, great team here. Amenities were in line with what I expected. Workout room a bit on the small side but has adequate equipment if you are looking for a workout. Nice historical preservation of this building, will definitely be back.
