When travelling, you end up eating at restaurants where travelers eat. And you end up missing a lot or paying too much. This little restaurant is great to taste some local food at affordable prices. I recommed the enchiladas, but be sure to mention how spicy you want them, the artichokes or tacos vallesanos. The street is elso enjoyable so be sure to allow some time to walk around. You can start almost at the corner of Himalaya and Prado Norte and walk about 5 blocks to the restaurant. Be sure to walk into the market, visit the silver store behind starbucks... and after your meal if you have some space after your churros, walk back to Roxys for some sorbets: my favorites: Chico Zapote and Mamey.
