La Jolla is the main dining room of the Marquis Reforma hotel, just across the street from the 4 Seasons and the federal Ministry of Social Security. It has a fair variety of well prepared dishes- some authentic central Mexican included. The Sea Bass in parchment (220 pesos) was perfectly done. Another evening the Grilled shrimp (230 pesos) was a generous portion. The Onion Soup was a French standard- fine but not memorable. The Fig Tart had numerous very fresh figs on top -- no canned dried fruits here! Open until midnight. See their brief facts at www.marquisreforma.com
