We stayed at one block from this restaurant, so every day we saw a long line for lunch and dinner time. That was the reason for trying this restaurant: if so many local people and tourist went to this restaurant... it should be great.
Service: it is just a regular treatment from mexican service. If there are people in line, there is just a few spots to wait inside the building. I ordered food to-go, I didn't experience the complete service.
Food: for locals this is just a regular taste, but for tourists who likes mexican food is wonderful. You will get hand made tortillas, fresh ingredients and a lot of hot and spicy food.
Apparience: not my favorite. It is a very small restaurant without A/C and open doors. You can see the kitchen from the sidewalk because is the front of the restaurant (for me is too close to street and polution).
