The staff is nice, but the hostel itself and it's services are very poor.
-Staff are friendly
-Central location beside Juarez metro station
-Unless you stay several days and get a discount, you pay the same price or more than a hotel for a private room.
-Staff does not speak any english
-The front door to the hostel is always locked (no matter what hour). You cannot enter or leave without assistance from an employee. Problem is, you can't always find them. In one instance we waited over 30 minutes.
-Our room sometimes did not have water in the ensuite washroom, and when it did work the shower drain would back up and water would be everywhere.
-Included TV had very limited channels, compared to other hostels I have stayed in the city. No remote control.
-No mirror in the room.
-Bathroom was not clean, sink drains were full of gunk and no toilet seat
There are much better hostels in the immediate area. Do some research. The photos for this hostel are very misleading. We left after 3 nights and moved to another hostel for the remainder of our stay.
